After I drove 30 min to this branch to use their ATM because the ATM at the Pasadena branch was down my card got stuck in the ATM machine. I had payments to make so I didn’t cancel card, I knew exactly where it was. A while later I get a call from the bank to come pick up the card or they can shred it. I am a single mom and work 8:30-5 and can’t take an hour off to go pick it up. I asked if they could mail it they said no. I asked if I could send someone with my ID to pick it up they said no. I tried to find a way to work it out with them but they had no ideas of their own accept for me to order a new card and call all the places where auto payment were being taken out and updating the new card info with them. So basically I spend even more of my time fixing a problem that shouldn’t even be a problem! Time is all we have my friend and the fact I waist so much trying to bank with them is frustrating. I am going to take off the hour needed and I am going to close my account with them and sign with another bank. One that cares about their customers and good customer service.

I have been banking here for over 10 years for my company. Over the last several months no matter what day or time i come here the drive thru is completely backed up 6+ cars. I’m unsure if they are understaffed but the wait time has become ridiculous. I have way to many deposits to sit in this ever single week. Time to start looking for new banking options.

Every drive thru encounter even with zero line requires 20-30minutes of time. I come here daily and is every single time > 20 minutes for a simple deposit.

Holy incompetence Batman. Wells Fargo is junk from my mortgage experience and now my personal banking experience. Stay away!

Not sure what is going on that branch, but they are terrible. They all of a sudden won't accept our business checks even though they have our W9 with dba info.Supervisor was unwilling to help/resolve issue and was rude in the process. Whoever is in charge of this location should consider some re-training/educating your managers. We've been WF customers for over a decade but this single branch is seriously making me consider switching our business accounts to another bank.Avoid this particular branch if you can.

For the fifth time, I drove up to the ATM at this location and it said out of service. It really frustrated me because it was a waste of time and my time is valuable. It was a huge inconvience due to the fact that I have to go to a different ATM at a farther location. Your location needs to fix this ATM nonsense and make it work.

I wish the ATM’s were more reliable. I’m constantly traveling to multiple locations, only to find that they are out of service. How could this possibly be the case? This is a multi - billion dollar institution.

This is the worst branch I've ever been to. The staff was very rude and didn't even wanna do their jobs. There whole customer service needs a reboot. I went here to pay off my credit card and close the account. I physically went into the building not the drivethru and stood in line for about 5 minutes. There was a lady working the drivethru window and 2 employees working the counter. I was greeted nicely but then the girl who wasn't doing anything was like well be right with you. Meanwhile her coworker was giving me the stink eye. Once I finally got to their counter the lady who was working the window greeted me after she finished with her customers! I told her what I came there to do and she said ok you'll need to sit with a banker to double check the balance to make sure there aren't any hidden fees. I was like can't I just pull it up on the app? And she said sometimes that's not the true balance. This is when I started to get mad. Why have an app that doesn't even work then?? So then I sit with the banker and she gives me the same total that I have on my app. Then she was like ok you can go stand in line and they'll assist you with your payment. At this point I'm annoyed because I'm in a game of ping pong with these workers. I finally get up there and stink eye boy is like how can I help you and I'm like I'm just trying to pay this thing off so I can be on my merry way. And he was like ok how much do you wanna pay and I gave him the total the banker gave me. And he was like ok I got it. Then the banker gets up and starts talking to the teller who wasn't working and as soon as I said I'm paying with my debit card from a different bank she was like oh you can't do that because the amount is to much to process. Bruh!! I was like isn't this a bank? Don't y'all have an atm or something? She was like yes but you're gonna have to go through the drivethru to use it. So I left after that. I've never been so annoyed by a bank before. This is why I'm canceling all accounts with Wells Fargo and sticking to USAA.

Been in this branch four times, all of which were awful experiences. At this branch many seemingly simple transactions turn into full on ordeals, thanks to the extremely rude branch manager. I always end up going to another Wells Fargo location where all my banking needs go very smoothly.

I went into the Severna Park branch this afternoon to talk to someone about a problem I was having with my debit card. As I waited for several minutes to be helped, I listened to one of the bank tellers talk to a customer over the phone. She was so rude and condescending to whoever was on the other line that I walked out.

Love this branch and the young guy who helped me. He sits in the second desk on the right from when you walk in the door. I didn't remember his name but he was so patient and helpful. That's what excellent service is all about.
