Back in the Spring of 2025, I was searching for a new cruiser boat. After dealing with a number of private sellers and some pretty bad brokers, I came across Clark's Landing Yacht salea. I specifically started working with Ty Kwiatkoski. I was interested in a couple of used boats they had in stock. Ty turned out to be one of the salesman of anything that I have had a chance to work with. He is very honest, he knows boats well, even had me check things that I hadn't even thought of while looking at their boats. He has great integrity and one of his best traits is his communication. He responded almost immediately to all of my texts and phone calls - pretty much 24/7. I ended up with a great deal on a awesome boat...Ty really went over the top to make the deal happen. Needless to say, I was very impressed with Ty and the rest of the staff at Clarks Landing. When I upgrade/ purchase my next boat. I'll be looking for Ty.

Matt Weimer was our broker for our recent purchase of a used Azimut Magellano 43 (listed with a different brokerage). Matt went above and beyond for us and spent an entire day with us on the boat after closing.
Also, Heather Lamb did an amazing job doing everything she could to get us closed in a short period of time. She always had a positive attitude despite our anxiety.

Perhaps I am an outlier but my experience with Clarks Landing has been nothing short of a nightmare. A Beneteau 32 Flyer was purchased in 2020 and taken back for a warranty door replacement, winter storage, and systems maintenance in fall of 2022. We did not get the boat back until September 2023, nearly a year later. The windshield was broken over the winter (they would not tell us how) and thus began a journey of false promises and missed deadlines. Almost like they didn't care that their company robbed us of a summer of usage, and this sentiment went from the bottom of the organization to the top (we spoke with everyone). Three of us own this boat, and each of us own several other boats, and collectively we have sworn off Clarks Landing FOREVER. I advise extreme caution when dealing with this company.
