Everyone in this post office I encountered are top notch. My letter carrier and the counter staff all consistently offered the best service they are able to give. One of the best post offices I encountered over 50 years! Keep up the good work!

Kimberly Barrett, the Postmaster at Shady Side, went repeatedly out of her way to help me find out a package that had been misdirected. I'm quite amazed by the level of service and am very appreciative.
