“It's nicer than most other post offices I've been to, that's just not really saying much. Staff is a little terrifying but helpful and pretty gosh darn fast. They do always deliver my mail promptly and on time, though; totally on par location for USPS but an absolute dream versus dealing with UPS or god forbid FedEx.”

“I came to this office after my passport appointment was canceled at the Martinsburg WV location. Thankfully, the Williamsport MD post office accepted walk-ins, and I’m very satisfied with the service I received here. The drive was worth it, and most importantly the customer service from Rob who works here was excellent. He was knowledgeable, detailed and kept me well informed. You can tell he is a hard worker as he multitasked providing assistance to all customers.
