This spot is crap. NEVER can tell you if there’s a coffee special or ANYTHING going on to save a dime. Speaking clear English is almost criminal as you WILL NOT be understood and get “huh?” or “what you say?”

By far one of the worst 711's. Worst part is that it is the one in the middle of dtss.
They have no online services at all.
They just Say they can't scan anything.

On May 4 @ 9:33 pm, I order some snacks from 7 Eleven store @ 8484 Georgia Ave, Silver Springs, Maryland. Somehow the item was delivered to the wrong address, the drive took them pack to the store, I spoke to a man the works at the store, he said the store closes at 11:00pm, when the store clises he will bring the items to my home address by 11:30pm, and for me to be waiting at the front of the Bldg., so he wibt't drop it off in thr front, so I waited and waited till 12:05am, no show at all. Why would he say to wsit for himm by 11:30pm, if he couldn't make it, he should had call me on cell ph he ask for, to tell me that he will not make. I am going to go to the store sometime tomorrow to get my stuff.

I went in to pay a Washington Gas bill July 8th. There was no one in line so I went to the cashier who was waiting. He didn't know how to pay it and said go to the Manager, who was stocking shelves and told me to wait. I did, over 10 minutes. Then he went behind the counter and started ringing up other customers. By that time there were 5 people in line but he ignored me. I was polite up to that point but spoke up saying "Excuse me, I've been waiting on you for this bill.". Then he told me their system was down and I couldn't pay it. Thanks... after waiting over 10 minutes for nothing. Yet that's the same thing they told me last month about paying the Wash. Gas bill! Everyone should just go to CVS about 3 blocks away where it gets done easily.

On the website the store says it opens at 5am but when I arrived I was RUDELY told “Go AWAY” they open at 9 am. When did 711 make up there own hours of work? I wish I could give you -5 stars.

The store Clerk was very rude and was yelling at me, because I couldn’t understand the cashier who didn’t speak English! How are you going to have someone work the cash register who can’t even speak English and then get mad at me Because I couldn’t understand them something needs to be done about this. I know I will never spend my money there again.
