I sent My Fiance To Get Me My Drink I Had The Cup Already Just Needed To Be Charged Refill The Guy Was So Rude & Told Him He Didnt Bring That When He Did , Also 2-4 weeks ago we came during the night & didnt let us in but let other people in How?!? Does That Make Sense’s I havent said nothing but Im Feed Up & Had Enough Of This Disrespect, Also there times we Come During The Night Its ALWAYS CLOSED & people there working are doing NOTHING just SITTING THERE OR SLEEPING if thats the case DONT PUT THAT YALL ARE OPENNNNN WHEN YOU ARE NOTT so Unprofessional. This Is NonSense.

Store says 24 hours. Sign says 24 hours. Doors locked and people insist you order online. After you order online, employee scrolls tiktok through window for five minutes. Grabs Gatorade and gives it to you with an attitude.

I used to come to this 7-11 often, however I recently switched shifts at my work and normally take my break around 11:30pm most nights. The past 3 times I have tried going to this 7-11 at 12am while on break the doors have been locked with the lights still on. Tonight I went and there were even people in there in line who clearly did not work there that were checking out and as I tried to open the door it was locked. Then the people in there proceeded to sign me an ‘X’ with their hands and said that they were closed! Definitely NOT 24/7. The very least they could do is update their hours on Google. After today’s experience, I will not be going back to this location.

Not 24 hrs. All lights are on and theres also food in the hot shelf. They should change their hours of operations. We clearly see someone in there and tells us that they’re closed.

Another review adding that they are a 7-11 but not 24 hours. Close and turn the lights off if you’re not going to operate.

Both of these men in full uniform denied service at a 24/7 location. They have no explanation why and when asked they just looked lost and confused. When asked if they where being paid to sit in the shop they remained quite. Very rude and nasty attitude and overall unpleasant experience.

If they don't have people trained to run a 24-hour business, I don't know why they hire them, it's incredible that they are closed when 7-eleven says it's 24 hours a day.

The night shift is the worst. They lie about the closing time but still take orders. And can’t even fulfill said order properly! Don’t even get me started about sanitary procedures, some don’t even wear gloves when handling food. One guy was obviously not sober, like come on ! How is this still a happening after all those 1 star reviews, corporate needs to take action ASAP !

Store 11406 D...ok I arrived at 1:40 am and the doors were closed! They supposedly say it's 24 hours, the same thing happens with Glenmont.

It's dirty, and the bathroom has been "temporarily" out of order for 2 weeks. I stopped by a month later, the bathrooms are still out of order. Another week gone by, bathrooms still out of order.
