Elba called my agency pretending to work for AIC she wanted to force me to do a cancellation request for one of her costumer, if she has the audacity of doing that I can't image what else she is willing to do. she has 0 work ethic. The phone call was recordered Elba can';t denied the fact that she pretended to work for AIC asking me to do her job of sending a back dated cancellation letter. If you come here make sure they help you cancel your existing policy or you'll end up paying double insurance.
