I haven't officially moved in yet but the lease agent Taquana Goron was and has been absolutely wonderful and professional. She has eased all my move in concerns and questions. In addition she is very responsive. I look forward to moving into the community.

The property was not the problem it’s in a great location and recreation center is around. The problem with the property is the leasing office, management, and maintenance not coming on time to fix issues in apartment they take long for work orders. Front Door is broken other tenants were correct they leave the front door unlocked, concierge does not check ids nor write down people names when coming into the building I have seen door dash get upstairs and was confused .
This building is a mess the landlord needs to come check out what’s going on with this property as tenants are not enjoying living there. Also packages take long to be notified concierge is lazy and say I have too many packages rather than organized.
I just moved out I did not enjoy living there and do not recommend anyone they don’t even have events for the tenants on the property like other buildings do. Where it can be a community.

Just moved here about a month ago! It has been nothing but pleasant. The rental office and maintenance are very responsive, the apartments are great, and washer/dryer in unit! Waking distance to just about anything you want/need. Great for families, and very kid friendly.

Just toured with Taquana Gordon and I am so happy we found this community! Nearby shopping is less than a 8 minute walk, there’s an aquatic center right behind the building and floor plans are perfect to call home! Can’t wait to move in!!!!

This place is certainly not the space for your peace of mind and mental wellness; the property management is rude beyond comprehension and apathetic to tenants' well-being. The fire alarm goes off frequently at odd night hours, with fire department visits once a week, or you have a maintenance crew knocking on your door at 22:30 checking for water damage. Allowing your tenants to live in water-damaged apartments, with kitchens stacked and no space for cooking, increases electricity bills because heavy-duty machines are blazing 24/7, forcing tenants like me to couch surf. After all, one can't get to sleep with all the noise. Did I forget to mention that property management doesn't give a toss about tenants? I have been living here for over a decade, and I think it's time to leave damn the lease agreement. I am not the only one living in Alexander House that feels this way.
Before you choose this building as your next home, do some serious research. The outside is not the same as the inside.

Hi, Alexander House community! I just wanted to take a moment to say how amazing Ms. Cynthia was during the leasing process for my new apartment. Her communication was top-notch, and she was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Even though there were a few tweaks here and there she really went the extra mile to make sure everything was up to par and met/still meets my needs. Thank you so much, Ms. Cynthia, for my new place! I’ve been living at Alexander House for a year now. Cynthia has been phenomenal from the beginning and continues to exceed my expectations. I encountered her patience first hand when she helped me fixed my parking troubles. She didn’t retaliate or negatively react but was solution focused. Each place has its minor flaws but it is management’s response to how these are handled that makes it tolerable. Cynthia and the maintenance team have been the only staff that has been very helpful and supportive.

I am interested in leasing an apartment in your community.
I was in silver springs visiting a friend for the holiday. I saw the outside of the building they keep it very clean and the atmosphere is very calm /laid back. They also have a lot of pretty ladies that lives there.
The one thing that caught my eye was the big Aquatic Center they have right next door.

These are not real two bedroom apartments. It's a one bedroom space converted into a 2 bedroom! Somehow they managed to convert the space so they can say it's a 2 bedroom rental. Therefore, your layout for your livingroom area is screwed up while you pay more for less square feet of space. Beware.

It’s my fifth month at these apartments and I’ve appreciated every minute of it. I like my unit so much. The staff have also been very supportive and wonderful. I still remember my tour when looking for housing. Cynthia finds a way to connect with you and provides clear details about the apartment. She was professional and it was a smooth timely process. She still remains kind and professional.
My biggest shoutout would be to the maintenance team… Melvin was patient throughout the first few weeks of my settling in. He fixed all the issues I raised including those that might seem trivial and I couldn’t appreciate it enough. His colleagues Maurice and Aaron are also always ready to help.
The front desk staff have changed which is common I guess but they’ve all been kind and cordial.
All to say, no complaints and I’m glad I chose to stay here!

Facing an urgent issue, I reached out to Chris, the regional manager, multiple times via email and phone (left a voicemail) in the past 3 weeks, but unfortunately, there has been no response. This lack of communication is not only frustrating but also highly unprofessional. I also contacted the manager, Melvina, who assured me she would get back with an answer, but unfortunately, that never happened. Disappointed with the unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism in addressing urgent matters.
