“I am always intrigued by a spectrum yelp reviews that are one or five stars. That said, I have had one and five star experiences here (n=5) with little in the middle and the positives far outweighing the negatives. When stocked they have a splendid inventory at all skill levels but I have come in when stocks of the basics were depleted. I have had truly excellent customer service (friendly, knowledgeable, helpful advice without condescension) from multiple people and have also been on the receiving end of annoyance and avoidance from a staff member whom I was apparently interrupting with my questions. BUT the positives far outweigh the negatives, I keep coming back, and I recommend the store to friends and family and I have purchased mtrl on sale at a very good price point that I would not otherwise have experimented with. Bottom line : recommended.”

“Messy. Limited stock. Staff standing around talking, no one at the cutting counter that had a line. A customer complained that the website said they opened at 11. It opened at 12. The manager said "well Im new to the store and don't have control over the Internet."”
