She didn't just transfer my request to the hotline and was able to resolve multiple issues that I have faced.
Big thanks for your professionalism and attentiveness to details!
My experiences at the Gaithersburg office (538 N Fredrick Ave, Gaithersburg) have been disappointing. The staff there are generally unprofessional. Despite multiple visits and assurances that my issues were resolved, they persisted. I really hope AT&T conducts an audit and learns from Stafany's customer-oriented approach.
Stafany, you're a shining example! Keep up the great work!

A great store with amazing staff. Fredy helped me several times. He was always patient and efficient. I did also receive help from the store manager who also was wonderful. Every time I walked in I was greeted by everyone who wasn't helping someone else and they knew just what to do! Thank you!

The rep that was helping us was really nice. That's the only reason I could score 4 stars. But I was extremely annoyed that the WiFi in the store was not good enough for me to do my phone to phone transfer so my new phone had to be mailed to me. Why doesn't the store have good enough service to complete transactions? And a very normal, common one at that. Very weird. I would have went to another store but the guy again was very very nice.

The energy in the store is very friendly and helpful. Very outgoing individuals, clean store! I was hesitant on two specific items the Sales rep really met my needs I will defiantly recommend this store to my friends & family. Thank you again!

I bought a new (first) iPhone last year under a firstnet acct and with it came a FREE Apple Watch. I didn't want/need it and I tried to refuse it. But the salesman, Simon, touted how great it was. How it was free. So my daughter and I chose one for my son for graduation. He wasn't a fan, so I gave it to a few months later to a friend. My "free" watch has been costing me $35 / mo for service which Simon never explained. So now I've paid out $550 for service on a watch service that I've never used and to cancel need to pay off the "free" watch at another $250. So my free watch is costing me $800. Never believe what they say and avoid Simon F. Since he was the sales rep at the time of the purchase and is still a current employee. I spoke with 3 managers. 1 said 30-60 days to cancel. Never happened and she was transferred. Spoke w Reggie on 3 separate occasions and 1 other manager. Said they would check and call me back. Never called. Said I would hear from the regional manager. No one ever contacted me. Biggest scammers ever. Avoid them at ALL cost. Just got a new service provider and couldn't be happier to get away from ATT and their lies.

This store use to have friendly and professional employees but no longer. They have a high turn over of employees and managers. The new manager is arrogant and quite condescending. Hopefully he won't last too long. Take your business elsewhere. Spend your money where you are treated with respect. If you don't like your job get another job. Smh
