Emix Tume is a nice guy. Very helpful. I had a scratch on my screen and, rather than handing me a phone number for warrantee work, he got out a tablet and walked me through the process of setting up the repair. He took time to print out my confirmation number and information, as well as physically write the address of the repair location. None of that was necessary because it's all emailed to me, but this is the kind of above-and-beyond service that deserves to be recognized and appreciated. If you run into this guy when you're in this store, I'm confident you'll be well-taken care of.

This store provided the best experience I have ever had at an AT&T store. The staff was so helpful with a new phone, transferring data and making sure a new screen protector was done right. Even though there is another store closer to me, I will return to this store.
