I had to get my window replaced because of vandalism and didn’t want to use the preferred shop my insurance wanted me to use. I explained everything to Dimitra, and she was very helpful. They did an excellent job.

What can I say about my dearest Rose? She was an absolute beauty to work with. Had a wonderful experience with Audi Silver Spring, Shout out to Edwin who had so much patience during our buying experience. Also to Brian, who also had patience with us. We never once felt pressure from this dealership, easy process. Choose a car, or a few check them out get your numbers and decided to buy. Excellent experience working with Tom Schweiss at MileOne! My car was experiencing some issues, he worked with me to get it picked up and towed to their dealership all the way from Arlington, VA. He was very accommodating and helped give me the best value for the trade-in while also providing great prices for some Audi EVs. Tom was super knowledgeable about the EV differences and benefits, which plugs work etc. We felt like the entire process was smooth sailing, we love our 2024 Audi Q8 E-Tron! Highly Recommend Tom! A++++

I wanted to share my experience at Audi of Silver Spring. Long story short, I found the perfect Audi for me online and it was at Audi of Silver Spring, so I drove from Rehoboth Beach. I took it for a test drive and the rest was history. My salesman, Tom Schweiss was amazing, as he had answers to my questions and make sure the process moved along considering my drive home. Mike Mazak worked out a great trade in deal for the trade of my Audi A5. The final step was with Tim Ngeyen in Finance and he was awesome. He explained everything and kept this process moving along as well. All while this was being completed, the new car was prepped and ready for the drive home.
Not much else can be said except that I would recommend them again in a heartbeat!

Had a great experience, trade in was an easy and smooth experience. Rose Tadesse was a huge help out. I was trying to get a good deal on an Audi S3 and glad everything worked out. Rose made it easy to set up test drive and trade in previous car. The car drives incredibly well and is very fun to corner. Staff are very professional, technicians are top tier. I highly recommend Rose, she did an incredible job.
