Highly recommend! Legit came to my house and it took roughly 20 minutes! I honestly thought I was going to need to take my car somewhere but this was so easy. He was super professional and explained what he was doing. Thank you again I appreciate it! Please call this place if you have a chip in your windshield they can help!

Installer noticed a tiny crack on the glass after he was done installing my windshield. He left and came back with a new piece of glass and redid the job. The crack was so small that I wouldn't have noticed it unless he pointed it out to me. A less honest shop would have tried to ignore it. I will definitely be using this shop again next time I need auto glass replaced.

Highly recommend Auto Glass Experts. They were able to get me in next day to fix my rear window when Safelite was five days. Ray arrived right on schedule, answered all my questions, and did a great job with the clean-up and replacement. FYI, if you're confused like me, there are two websites named Auto Glass Experts (Silver Spring Auto Glass Experts and Auto Glass Affordable) but they are the same business.

I needed a quick replacement to pass inspection. I called Expert Auto Glass on Friday afternoon and they were here at 8 AM on Saturday, replaced the specific window for my vehicle and recalibrated the camera to maintain my safety features. 5 Star Plus Service!!! I attempted to go with this company for my windshield replacement. I spoke to the guy in charge, he told me to txt him a picture of my windshield and VIN. I did. He never answered my back. He doesn't even answer his phone anymore. May he got locked up?

call multiple times over several days with left messages and a full mailbox, even during business hours. I guess they don't need my local business, so will go with safelite or another that answers the phone

I had two windshields to get replaced. They made an appointment and clamor out on time and did both windshields in about 2.5 hours. Their work is excellent and they both look awesome. After I drove the vehicles at a higher speed I will update this review for wind sounds.
