You have at least 4 employees "busy" with one teller for a line of 10+ people. 1/3 tellers active, make it make sense.

It's very hard to get anyone on the phone at this branch. I had a phone appointment set for 2pm and at 2:20pm, I have still not received a call from the person scheduled to call me.

One teller for a line so long it's literally outside to the corner by FedEx Office. Ridiculous...
