I went to this branch to resolve a problem with my debit card. I was very well attended to by the manager, who resolved the problem and still spoke Portuguese. I'm sending all Brazilians there. Thanks!

Not sure why they can't fix the ATM machine but it's wasted my time on two trips three weeks apart so it's not a new problem. Touch screen doesn't work

Every time I go to the bank it is closed and on the Internet when checking hours it appears that it will be open, apart from the fact that its ATM does not work, its touch screen cannot be used at all from that bank's terrible service ?

I've been trying to call for more than a week to resolve something about my company and no one can answer the phone, I contacted them by email and no one answers me either. This bank is horrible for post service.

I had an appointment scheduled for today, received an email confirmation from them, but when I got there they said my appointment was not showing up in their system (even though I was showing them the email). They were rude and said I had to wait for everyone that was in front of me. They did not try to help me or anything, and just said no one was available. This was so disrespectful!

I used to hate BOA until I came to this branch! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles, and the FRIENDLIEST staff. There's two women there, Maria & (I can't remember the other woman's name right now) that go out of their way to help me with anything I need. Honestly, if it hadn't have been for them I probably would have never opened an account here.I see them greeting every client by name, including me, having warm conversations, etc. Every BOA should live by the standard of this branch.
