I came to Benjamin's Auto in a time crunch to pass Maryland safety inspection for my car, which needed a new bumper and rust repair. They worked with me to get the job done within my tight budget and timeline, and they did a fantastic job. It honestly looked like a brand new car when I got it back. Benjamin and Miguel treated me like family, took my issues seriously, took great care of my car, and made sure I was all set to pass inpsection. I highly recommend them and will certainly be back for anything else my car needs!

Though I would not recommend my insurance company, I highly recommend Benjamin's Auto Body. They went above and beyond to get me back in my car, despite the insurance company dragging their feet, first on the appraisal, and then on the payment. My car looks great!

From our initial phone call to picking up our car, Benjamin's Auto Body exceeded our expectations.
Unfortunately, our car was hit while it was parked on the street near our home. Our hood was crumpled, it couldn't be opened, one headlight casing was pushed in and our grill was cracked. It was a mess. We called and Miguel said to come in and they would give us an estimate. We brought our car in and discussed our options with Benjamin. He did not try to upsell us and made sure that we understood what needed to be done. His process is very open and honest and we agreed to have the car repaired. The next day he called and said that he was able to complete the repair and that the car was ready. We were very pleased with the excellent customer service, the quality of the work and the timeliness of the repair. The cost of replacing the hood, etc. was very fair. We would definitiely recommend Benjamin's Auto Body to our friends and family.

Benjamin's Auto Body offered the lowest estimate and quickest turnaround of the various shops in the area I went to for a quote. They did a perfect job with repairs, were friendly to work with, and they even finished the job a couple days earlier than expected. Would highly recommend!
