This is the only shop I will be taking my car to, thanks to the manager Noah. I had contacted Bp regarding my car & a warranty I had, Noah worked with me on the phone and in person. I dropped my car off Friday for service & picked it up a few ours later. Today I dropped it off for a different service and got my car back within a few hours. Each time I’ve gone in or called BP Noah has been slammed with work, but made time to discuss my car & the issues it had. I really appreciate his honesty & integrity. I will refer everyone I know to come here.

I had been looking for a new mechanic for quite some time with no luck. I brought my car over to Noah at the BP on a Friday morning. Although he was really busy, Noah took the time to discuss the issues with my car amd listen to my concerns. He took the car that day and called me back in the afternoon with an honest assessment. I really appreciated his candor and thoroughness. Great job Noah! I'll be bringing my cars to you for a long time.

Noah was really nice and very open about pricing and got my car up and running very quickly. He also didn't try to upsell me on everything in the book but gave some gentle suggestions i found helpful.

This morning , I went to the gas station to pump gas. I took about 8 minutes sitting at the pump because I was on the phone trying to make an appointment for my dog to get particular vaccines. During this time , a mechanic who works at the BP walked up to my car and demanded that I move my car because he could not back the car that was in the shop out of their space. It's a tight space and the pump sits right in front of their space. He was beeping the horn, had a upset facial expression, and gestured with his hands , like "get out" ; he verbally stated "are you going to use the pump or what?". Usually people just ask nicely for someone to move. I was already upset over the vaccine situation and I reacted rudely to the mechanic when he demanded I leave. However, what made this interaction even more hostile was after I realized I reacted and I calmed down and began as a paying customer would, to pump gas, the mechanic walked up to me again and began to record me with his phone. I did not give him permission to record me. I told him I was going to call the police and he put his phone away. I went inside the Gas station to ask for the owner's name and a way to contact the owner of the BP. He then proceeded to come out from the back and up to the register to where I was and began recording me again. Regardless of weather I was sitting at the pump longer than usual , this man should have never walked up to my car and demanded I leave. Even if I reacted poorly to him demanding I leave , I said "what's your problem?" . He should have never began recording me , as if to intimidate me. I won't be coming back to this BP and I think the owner of this BP should know what occurred this morning.

We recently moved to Maryland and Noah was GREAT in helping us get our two cars in to his BP Shop for repairs and MD inspection. Great customer service and repairs at a great price! .....I'll be back for the "BG flush" to improve engine performance, too!!

I HAVE POSTED VIDEO OF NATHAN CALLING ME A N***** IN THE "PHOTOS & VIDEOS" ABOVE. SPREAD WORD AND MAKE IT VIRAL. Parked at the pump near the mechanic bays and went to get $40 gas. Mechanic Nathan spazzed, swearing I was only parking there to go to the store next door. When I tried to tell him I was a paying customer who had gotten gas, he tuned me out. He ended up getting angrier, then telling me "I'll shoot you." We argued, then he called me a n****** Minorities, NEVER patronize this shop!

I've been taking my car here for years, since we moved to town. I'm always impressed by their honesty and customer service. They focus on helping me make informed decisions and never push unnecessary work. I would unreservedly recommend trusting them with your car.

The mechanics here are very courteous and professional. They communicate clearly to set your expectations and perform the task as promised and on time. Most of all, they are very, vey honest.

I rarely write reviews but wanted to say that this I have never had a better experience with a more honest mechanic than here. Always straightforward with great customer service. Always on-time, and great communication. I've had a number of jobs done on my cars over the years here and their work always holds up.

I brought my car in to get a second opinion as the previous shop I went to said my car needed an unreasonable amount of work. I really appreciate the honesty from the staff here. Noah, who is the manager, was very genuine and really made me feel like he wasn't trying to cheat me. When he diagnosed my car he let me know that the work I needed was simply a brake pad rotors issue. The price was also very reasonable. I appreciate the honest work that they are doing at Wheaton BP. I will definitely be back. I have already started recommending them to my family and friends.

Have been a happy customer for 10 years. Good solid repair work. Fast. prices are good. Very short walk to Red Line Metro. Can retrieve auto easily after repair is completed.
