Paid for expedited 2 to 3 day shipping. It has now been 4 days and I was just notified by USPS that I should receive the item in the next 5 days. Don't count on getting the shipping that you paid for Company refunded the shipping cost but that doesn't help me as I needed the item in the 2 to 3 days as advertised.

Hope you do not have to return anything!They kill you with return fees! I spent $85 and after returning, I got $69 back.Big rip off!!!!!

UPDATE: Apparently I was lied to by the CS agent. The company DID NOT send out half the order the next day as promised. Now a full 48 hours after the promise and nothing. I will never purchase from this company again. A backorder was disappointing, and I may have returned in the future. But a LIE? No thank you. I am hoping that they return my money. If not, I'll go down to my bank and dispute the charge. While this is my first order and I have not yet rec'd the items, the customer service is outstanding. After receiving notification that item(s) were backordered, the customer service agent split the order so that I could have at least half of my order and refunded me the shipping. If the product delivers as well as the customer service, I'll be a return customer for life.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a compression garment to be delivered today. I paid for the overnight shipping. I ordered it two nights ago. I won't be receiving it tonight so I have to call in sick for my flight attendant work trip tomorrow because I cannot fly without a compression garment. I have Lymphedema in my left arm because of breast cancer two years ago. My other one was completely destroyed and I can't wear it either tomorrow. I now have to call in sick and have my reliability called into question because of the very crappy customer service of this company. The guy I talked to on the phone an hour ago couldn't care less. Don't order from them!

Exemplary customer service. They respond immediately to any communication. Perfect from order to shipping to delivery. Great prices, especially when they shoot a coupon my way. Impressive!

inaccurate order received and customer service severely lacking. best they can do is refund $3.99 shipping on $100 pair of hose that is not the specs i ordered. was told here's the link if i want to return. how about working to get orders correct and make the customers happy. very poor experience and i will not order again.

BEFORE I ordered for the first time, I sent a message asking if they could include an itemized invoice with my order. I needed the receipt to submit to my health insurance company for reimbursement. I NEVER received a reply. Rather insulting, but I have lymph-edema and needed the products. So I placed my order anyway, with fingers crossed. My order arrived with the box torn and the shipping label attached to the BOTTOM of the shipping box. I then found that the products inside had simply been thrown in, and they really weren't what I was expecting, especially for the money I paid. Worse than that, there was only a packing slip with NO pricing on it. Totally upset, I went back to their website to see if I could print out my invoice. Well, it printed, but the name of the company didn't appear. It looked like a bogus document -- totally unprofessional and of no help to me at all. So, I went into my email trash, located the original confirmation of my order and printed THAT instead. BrightLife Direct seems to have wonderful Google reviews, so that is why I ordered from them. Turns out they have lousy online customer service, and their shipping warehouse in Rochester Hills Michigan doesn't care how they ship things out.

Like others have mentioned, fantastic customer service (thank you Rose, you rock!) and quick delivery. I ordered a pair of thigh high compression stockings for an upcoming varicose surgery and their product has helped me with a quick post-op recovery. I have since ordered 2 additional knee high compression sleeves. Thank you Brightlife Direct!
