called and threatened me with storage costs, even though they had not completed the work that geico authorized. I had to get Geico to stop Collision from calling me when the work wasn't compete. They lost my key fob, and didn't look for it.

Mediocre at best. Pin holes in the paint/body filler, creases in the sheet metal still visible and poor job of filler at edges. They did get the work done ahead of schedule and it shows.

My BMW was expertly repaired! Everyone from Customer Service, the Shop Manager, Maintenance and Enterprise Rental was very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable during the process of getting my car repaired. Kudos to Caliber 🙌🏾!

They did an excellent job. They were very communicative, did excellent work, organized the rental car with me very easily and strived to get the car done a little earlier because we were traveling. I would definitely use them again without a doubt!

We've had two cars that Caliber repaired for us! They were great to work with both times. In our case, the work was tied to insurance claims. But I'd use them even if that wasn't the case. They're very communicative, and the body repairs they did were excellent.
