The older manager guy is extremely rude.I went in to get new credit card cuz I had lost my old one & he taunts me saying, why do you lose your credit all the time? Mind you, this guy doesn’t even know me. He didn’t even take my info or whatever he comes out confrontational: It was very bizarre. He didn’t even let me have a word in. Then seeing me get agitated he says we don’t do credit card replacement here, we do it online. All he had to do was just say that in a calm manner. No need for extra commentary or be confrontational.I like capital one, I have been banking with them for decades, but this manager has issues.

LED Towing has a contract with Capital One bank in Silver Spring. MD. My car was towed from the parking lot while I was withdrawing money from the ATM. LED improperly towed my all wheel drive BMW, causing nearly $4k in damage, and lied about it. Many cars have AWD technology and there is a standard on how to tow these vehicles. I write this review because they should be put out of business and/or should accept responsibility for improperly towing my car and paying for all damages including my time and frustration. They should certainly not be contracted by companies. Capital One is ultimately responsible because they contracted with a non-reputable company. Sincerely.

I've been a Capital One customer for years. In fact I was around since the prior bank, Chevy Chase. Over the weekend I misplaced my debit card and luckily through the app I was able to cancel the missing card and request a new card be sent to me. In the interim I still needed a temporary card until my new card arrives in 5 to 7 business days. I went into the bank right at 9:00 a.m. when they opened and I was offered assistance right away. Ali was very helpful and after going through several security measures I was able to get a temporary debit card. I was really pleased with the customer service that I was provided with. Although I had a not so great experience at a different Capital One location recently, I will still continue to be a loyal customer of this bank.

Soooo slow! My landlord used this bank. They took forever to even respond back when I came through the drive through. Like....does efficiency matter? I came prepared, put my if and the check in the tunnel and called 3 times. It took them 20 minutes. Whyyyy??? Ugh!

This is one of the "better" Capital One banks in the area AND it is open on Saturdays when I actually have time to take care of business. The staff is friendly; one was so nice he almost made me blush. Also, be careful walking out of the bank when it's busy. Cars are coming from every direction.

I love this Capital One, not only is it very convenient to my house but the tellers are all very friendly & helpful. If you have an account, you can cash in your change with no fees. Highly recommended!!
