Anytime you come here, it's 4-5 tellers but only 1 or 2 of them working. The others are all dodging work, having personal conversations or straight chilkin. I hate lazy ppl... and being lazy when ppl have to take care of business and financial matters is completely unacceptable. Drive the extra 10 mins elsewhere. The personnel at this branch are trassssh.

13 Sept 2010 reopened as Capital One—and it's been downhill ever since. 1️⃣Branches began closing with little warning/Contents of my safety deposit box travelled around/IRA accounts were sold off with no contact info. 2️⃣ALL services [this location] were cut along with number of tellers and hours of service (lol). An employee actually said "we don't want customers [lol] doing in-person banking." 3️⃣Terrible wait times here. Imagine customers saying they're praying they wouldn't get certain tellers. Few tellers are professional/courteous/nice. Most are rude and dismissive. They can shout "Next" but can't be bothered to say hello. 4️⃣I'm always courteous/respectful/nice. When did RUDE banking become the norm @ Cap One?

The worst bank is capital one I have been customer for the past 11 years, but they close my account because of the Zelle transaction. I’ve been calling them and I told them what the transaction but they hold my money and they close my account and I go to the local branch Silver Spring Maryland I speak to the manager he says (if you want close, we can close anytime and ask him any explanation. We don’t have an explanation I can’t give you an explanation if you want we can close anytime.) that is answer it’s so sad my kids do you want to go to summer camp but I don’t have any money my money hold you hold it it’s very sad

This branch has once again failed me. Aside from simple transactions, their customer service with higher level matters are horrible. There really is no point of going into this branch. I've been banking with Capital One for too long and given them too much of my money, to be treated like this. I asked for a simple note from management to document the conversation we had about a bad check that was given to me, and they refused. They would rather protect the person who wrote the bad check, than me; the legitimate account holder. I'm done with Capital One.

Just returned from trying to make a deposit into my Church's account. the account included coins that were wrapped and separated. There were more than $400 in coins. First of all it was difficult to get into the bank as there was construction going on in the parking lot. We had to carry the coins around to the front door. As we approached the teller, she was very abrupt and would not accept the coins saying that we needed to call the bank first. Her demeaner and her way of handling the moment set me off. Instead of treating me like a customer with kindness and understanding, she was abrupt and rude. There was no consideration for my need as a customer in that moment carrying $400 of coins to the bank wanting to make a deposit in my account. Her excuse was that there was no space. Customer Service is very important. It is important to me. Not all the tellers are bad with customer service, but i believe this particular teller is also a manager of the others. God forbid. i hope i am wrong. I am contemplating a change of banks that is how mad i was.

Been here at this bank location for 3 HOURS just to open a business account. We provided everything they needed yet they still could not open our account in a timely manner.

Horrible!! I was there for 1 hour just to make deposit the cashiers are clueless no sorry or please wait your held captive while the manager just walks around doing nothing no help it was so bad I want to cancel my account immediately!

I’ve been to this branch 3 times the last month and every time I’ve been please with their job, I can only complaint when you walk in the people at the main door are rude but the tellers are very helpful . I am very thankful for the teller Samar she is kind , patient and very helpful she helped me doing the biggest transaction of my life . I really appreciate her time and wish more banks have employers like her
