This branch has once again failed me. Aside from simple transactions, their customer service with higher level matters are horrible. There really is no point of going into this branch. I've been banking with Capital One for too long and given them too much of my money, to be treated like this. I asked for a simple note from management to document the conversation we had about a bad check that was given to me, and they refused. They would rather protect the person who wrote the bad check, than me; the legitimate account holder. I'm done with Capital One.

Been here at this bank location for 3 HOURS just to open a business account. We provided everything they needed yet they still could not open our account in a timely manner.

Horrible!! I was there for 1 hour just to make deposit the cashiers are clueless no sorry or please wait your held captive while the manager just walks around doing nothing no help it was so bad I want to cancel my account immediately!

I’ve been to this branch 3 times the last month and every time I’ve been please with their job, I can only complaint when you walk in the people at the main door are rude but the tellers are very helpful . I am very thankful for the teller Samar she is kind , patient and very helpful she helped me doing the biggest transaction of my life . I really appreciate her time and wish more banks have employers like her

I tried to set up an appt at the branch on Georgia Ave, but look like this bank in general does not care as customers. In general this bank is getting worst since they started to close branches and services, people who work there don't care. Do not make business with this bank.!!!

I have been happy with Capital One for years, but now am thinking of leaving since they are closing so many branches. This is our money and I am feeling disconnected from it now. The branch at Arliss off Flower Avenue in Silver Spring was heavily used, mostly by low income working people. This is a terrible blow to them and somewhat cruel. What happened to the concept of public service, the serving of our community? Apparently, this is not a temporary pandemic closing, but a permanent one. Short-sighted and wrong decision by the bank, in my opinion. No company can do well in the long run by instilling hostility among its customers.

Not the branch! The tellers and most managers are really nice people and provide the best customer service the Corp will allow. The company however is awful. They’re squeezing every penny out of their customers and slashing services and closing branches to pay for their magnificent tower in Tyson’s Corner!!!My debit card has replaced cash in almost every transaction. I lost my wallet recently and had to wait EIGHT business days for a replacement debit card. That’s just outrageous. The last time this happened they replaced it at the branch with a temporary card.

Capital One has undermined customer service at this branch through Draconian staff reductions. As a personal and corporate customer, and a former Chevy Chase Bank customer, I am deeply disappointed with the elimination of key staff such as a branch manager on-site. Terrible customer service. The manager refused to honor a simple request and the explanation he gave made no sense. When I pointed out that their explanation made no sense, the manager was incredibly rude to me. Take your money elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. The manager refused to grant us a request to itemize our deposits for bonds and when I asked why, simply said the system wouldn't do it. When I asked if we could make our deposits one at a time so they would show up on our statement, he refused saying it would take to too long. When I suggested that his explanation didn't make any sense, he was incredibly rude to me. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.
