I just called for a quote, and he quoted me $160-180 for a towing service that’s less than a mile. I told him I got a quote from someone else for $90, and he said, “You can get it with them,” and before HANGING UP ON ME, he called me a “crazy lady”. I understand if that’s not your price, but you have no right to insult me before hanging up. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Don’t even bother getting any services with this sad excuse of a company. BTW, the quote I got was from LL Towing and Auto Repair. I HIGHLY recommend them; they were very respectful and quick, and I even attached proof that this was the quote I got.

Great experience! I needed a towing company for my son’s car, and when I called Carlito’s I was happy when they said that they would be there within 30 minutes, and even happier when they showed up on time! Jose arrived to tow the car, and he was efficient and professional. If I need a towing company in the future I will call upon Carlito’s.

This person is strange. I requested a tow but decided to decline because they were overcharging me. After that, I received some bizarre text messages. Their professional behavior is lacking. I gave them 1 star just to raise awareness, but otherwise, I would have given them 0 stars.

Carlitos totally saved the day! My car was stuck in the mud late at night, and he showed up in under 15 minutes to pull me out. Seriously speaking, he rescued me from a terrible situation.

I would never recommend this towing service to anyone. The owner was dismissive when I asked for pricing. Asking, “why does it matter?” Initially told me the cost would be $350. They kept my car at their lot for four days and when my insurance called to get it released, they said the tow was $1800+ and storage was $400+. My insurance ended up paying it, but he is a liar and a scammer.

Carlos was a total lifesaver. My car died in the parking garage leaving a concert and within 15 minutes had me hooked up and took me home all within an hour. He also didn't charge me a ridiculous fee and was very reasonable.
