“I loved working with Floors on 14th for my entire one-bedroom apartment. Initially I hired them to do my bedroom, and once that was completed, I simply HAD to do the rest of the apartment because of the fantastic job they did.The business was recommended by a friend of mine and she couldn't have a better experience as well. I stopped in and spent 45 minutes chatting with the sales associate learning about the different types of woods and "character" types. I am a pretty indecisive person, so I was trying to gather as much information as possible. The sales associate understood my preferences pretty quickly and showed me a couple of different woods that fit the design and energy I was going for. The knowledge, support and 1:1 attention meant a lot to me. In fact, I loved learning from and spending time with the sales associate and owner so much that I came to the store three times to look at different woods and determine what I wanted. They helped me at every step - and were very patient!Once I decided on a wood, the installation was pretty easy and smooth. I was always in contact with the owner and the installation team. The work itself was wonderful. It came out better than I could have imagined. I am so pleased with the results - it completely transformed the space.
