This is the most useless Chase Branch in the whole country. Incompetent manager and the personal bankers are ignorant, lack professionalism and don’t know how to do their job. Don’t waste your time going to open an account at this branch as a new immigrant with a temporary I-551 permanent residency. They lack knowledge about US immigration laws and documentation. If you live in Silver Spring, don’t waste your time visiting this branch. Go to the nearest branch on Dahlia St NW in DC or the Silver Spring branch on New Hampshire Ave. I still don’t understand why customers can’t access in the ATM after hours. We have been accumulating ATM fees for using nearby BoA and Capital One after hours ATMs. I hope Chase Regional Office can look into these issues at this branch before they start losing important clients.

I have had a very good experience so far with the staff at this Chase branch. They are always welcoming, professional and helpful. However, I recently had a very frustrating experience with their ATM. I deposited money in cash, but the ATM only counted about 70% of the money. Despite submitting a claim immediately, Chase provided a temporary credit of the missing amount which they later withdrew. Their responses from Chase claim department were inconsistent and unhelpful. I urge everyone to double-check their ATM deposits here. I have read online that many other people have also had bad experiences with Chase ATMs. I hope the bank will fix this issue.

I went there today, and they had excellent customer service. The moment i walked in, i know i was at the right place. The hospitality and helpfulness of the employees are very impeccable. They all deserve a raise. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone.

I have nothing but good things to say about this branch. I've been banking with them for the past year & the staff always look out for me since I'm a regular there. As far as the ATM being closed when the branch is, is because homeless people sleep, get high & pee all in the ATM room when they had it available to customers after hours.

Don’t bother trying to use the ATM here, half the time it’s completely broken and you can also never use it after hours. If the bank is closed, so is the ATM. What’s even the point?

I went in to open a business account with Mrs. Mercy Wambari she had me wait about an hour until I left because they told me she was stuck in traffic and would have to wait more. Bad customer service no sincere apologies were made. Maybe it's just this branch, I've had many people advise me to bank with chase but was not a pleasant experience

I went to open new accounts. I was told to wait. After l waited About 40 minutes. I wish l took his name anyway. He asked me the reason for coming l told him to open new accounts. He looked up on his watch and told me they are about to close. So I have to make an appointment. Which make me not to go back.

Recently, I visited two branches in Silver Spring, MD. In one of them our visit was a great waste of our time and Chase's resources. I am shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and incompetency.Next day, we decided to go to one on Georgia ave, Silver Spring. Just as we entered, we were warmly greeted and asked the purpose of our visit. After that Jean Paul Faye helped us to open new banking product and set it up. Jean Paul is a great professional and a super nice guy. He solved our issue, helped to address our concerns and patiently answered our questions. Highly recommend this branch and Jean Paul.
