I was kidded out of this bank because I didn’t tell the lady who stood at the front door why I was there & what I needed but I knew why I was there and what business I had to take care of she went on a power trip on needing to know what I needed. The ironic thing is I went to 2 other chase banks and they didn’t question me on why I was there and what I needed!! I wouldn’t recommend stopping here if you have a chase account seriously my experience was horrible.

My personal experience with this bank has been excellent so far. I opened an account with them for my business recently and the transaction was seamless. I also visited another time for an ad hoc check, and I was able to acquire it with no issues. Parking is a breeze; the bank is pretty new, so it is clean and updated. There's security presence inside. Customer service was excellent during both visits. The manager personally came by and introduce herself and ensured that everything was going accordingly. She and the staff always greet me pleasantly when I leave after each transaction. Not sure if it is the same staff that was there for all the one-star reviews, but my experience was deserving of 5 stars.

This bank branch offered the worst banking experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’ve been coming back 3 Saturdays to open an account to no avail. First, they instruct you to allot more than an hour for account openings if you don’t have an appointment. I came back the following week with plenty of time to spare but they said their appointment sked was full and that I have to come back with an appointment (when they told me this, bankers were not attending to anyone and just standing there saying their appointments were “full”). I came back today with an appointment and requirements but the banker, Carlos Iglesias, did not understand what i-94 and H1-B working permit meant. He insisted I show my passport (it is currently at the Dutch Embassy as I am applying for visa to Europe). Apparently, my driver’s license and social security are not enough to open an account with this bank - and all because of incompetent and lazy staff!

This staff is unprofessional, disrespectful to their clients and are not trying to help. As many of the other reviews you can see is not a one time thing. That is just how they conduct business. Very bad

Me and my wife are Long-term clients with Chase. If you need to make an appointment at this place, look somewhere else.Not only they will address personal banking/investment information in the lobby, but also be condescending as well as call you without notice and lie about how many times they tried to call you.

Annoyed is an understatement. Went in to have some documents notarized only to be told the notary was in a meeting and there isn’t any guarantee that when they come out they would be able to notarize my documents. I asked would it be okay if I come back and they said yes only to come back and be told the one person who is a notary has gone home. . . $40 later I have been able to get my documents notarized from UPS when I should have been able to get it from my bank for free. . . What a joke.
