I love that they scan your ID in their system and that all their systems are connected. So, if you have good standing in one - it follows you to all of them ... Same goes for bad standing. I've never had an issue cashing checks with them.
Speaking Spanish is a definite plus and help in most although the girls in both of the 2 that I frequent make a huge effort to communicate in English too.
Huge shout out to the head supervisor there. She is wonderful. The other girls sometimes try to put on airs and act like they know more than they do ... When in reality they don't know how to do most of my transactions which can get a bit confusing. Lol She always knows exactly what to to, remembers my name and gets me in and out and has fixed the mess the other girls have made. :-)
The only "bad" I have to say is in regards to to the owners. There was a day declared in protest regarding immigration. They wanted all businesses to close for a day to show support. Cash Depot ended up closing for the day.
As a legal Latina, I actually did not support this idea or decision and was very disappointed in their decision to close. I debated the idea of boycotting their business. It's still an option for me.
Overall though ... I give the employees a huge thumbs up!!
