Worst mobile and internet ever please don’t use this company. They decided to eliminate all customer service support on the phone unless you threaten them with cancellation. Well I know how im starting each conversation with comcast

My technician was Hassan, he was punctual, very polite and Professional. He also took time to educate me on my self service for future problems. Hassan surely exemplifies Comcast at it's BEST. Great Tech. Kudos to Hassan for being a beacon of light for Comcast.

The worst service imaginable. A monopoly that knows it doesn't need to do a thing to make billions. Nationalize Comcast! It couldn't get worse.

I recently just got their services been only a month and a half. For the past 5 days I've been without internet they never reached out but I did and didn't get anything resolved when I did They just tried to sell more products (I don't know anyone with an Xfinity cellphone ?). They wanted to charge me a high fee to get a technician out by Tuesday 3 days later to "look at" the problem. They treat senior fixed income customers awful. Get tmobile 5G service instead ?

Xfinity/Comcast has the worst customer support in the world, I would think twice before switching to this train wreck. Try to call customer support and your on hold for over 1 hour every time, I tried email and text support and you think it would be faster…. NOPE!!!! It’s worse than anything you have ever seen before. ***Update ****The last phone call I made to get help was a good experience, I’m still in shock? I changed it to 2 stars and will add stars for every good experience, it’s hard to even write this but I’m trying to be fair and hopefully whatever changes they have made sticks. Time will tell

Ever tried to find a suitable Internet plan without a commitment ?Good luck doing it in the area served by Comcast Xfinity.Again, just shopping around, no commitments, no personal information disclosures. Basically, window shopping. No way: have to log in to get the plan information.Wanna see plans, nothing more! No, have to drop your pants.Interesting way of doing business. Wonder what is their churning rate.People must be voting with their feet: almost 7.5% drop of their common stock.Way to go, Comcast!

very poor service. they have set up their phone lines to send you in circles or force you to talk to an automated system. not everyone is confidante with that. its obvious they want your money but care nothing about service or support if you don't wanna do it their way.

This company is so unbelievably unethical. I’m an RCN customer. A new neighbor just moved into my building and opened up a Comcast account. After Comcast came to the building to get my new neighbor set up, I tried to connect to my router network—but kept getting a Comcast log-in prompt. Which was strange, because I am not and never have been a Comcast customer. I called RCN for help. An RCN repairman came over a couple of days later and discovered that Comcast, while setting up my new neighbor’s internet, PURPOSELY CUT MY CABLE LINES to plug hers in (which was completely unnecessary, as each apartment has its own cable plug-ins). The RCN repairman said that Comcast frequently does this to their competitors' customers. If the competitor's customer calls Comcast to figure out what’s going on, Comcast will lie and say that the competitor messed up and has terrible service, then try to coax the customer into switching to Comcast.Seriously?? I work from home, Comcast, and your shadiness prevented me from being able to do my job. The whole ordeal just further convinced me that I made the right choice by going with RCN. Comcast will NEVER get my business. What a sick way to run a company.

I worked here years ago and i highly do not recommend it. There was a lot of shady ways that they would want to keep a customer along with the way that they upcharge. Im surprised the FCC hasnt gotten involved yet, this place needs to be checked out
