Very nice people in the Wayne Ave CVS pharmacy, just that the line tends to be long to pick up prescriptions. Maybe they need more people working there. The wall is always full of lots of prescription packages, like they are very busy. We've been there a handful of times.

I had a confirmed vaccine appointment, and the lady could not find my appointment in their system. She did not want to see my confirmed email and told me to make another appointment. She was kinda rude. Will shop elsewhere. .

Stick with Amazon there’s not one item in the store that you can grab conveniently or look at.

I’ll start by saying I stopped going in CVS stores a few years ago for bad customers service, but today my allergies didn’t care where I went to get my meds. It's crazy that we've gotten to a place that nobody wants to help a costumer. I go to ask for help getting allergy meds that are behind the counter and everyone acts like they don't understand what I need, they kept telling me to use self checkout. How can I get the allergy at self check out. I only speak English but nobody in the store seemed to speak or understand English. This is why so many stores are failing. We consumers are tired of giving our money to businesses that act like they are doing us a favor when we spend our hard earned money. CVS do better! I did not feel welcome in your store today.

Edit 3/20/25- Ey Dwight Ricks you need to figure this out as store manager. I’ve been to the store too many times, over an hour before close, and have found the doors locked. You weren’t even getting deliveries the last two times. At least put a sign up! I watch person after person walk up to the entrance confused. It doesn’t make it any sense!
Will randomly close early if they have deliveries, so catch them when you can I guess, girl…

I have never been to a CVS and found it to be as disgusting as this one. The store is filthy, no stock in the coolers, boxes of drinks open with the damaged cans just sitting on the shelf beside the box! Everything is behind glass, no one helps, it’s just a mess! Nothing is in stock, I will not be back, not ever.

Always a mess, and everything is locked behind glass doors. The employees do not come out when you hit the bell to unlock them. They also do not come to checkout.

I'm extremely disappointed with the poor customer service I received from an employee named Mow (who wasn't wearing a name tag) at CVS. Despite being a loyal customer, I was treated disrespectfully and unhelpfully by Mow, who failed to answer questions politely or assist me in finding items. Fortunately, Renato intervened and provided excellent assistance, helping us with all our needs. Mow's behavior was unacceptable, even going so far as to laugh at us and suggest we contact HR.

This CVS is very discriminating against migrants.I bought a vitamin supplement and I realized it was acidic and I have GERD so I can't take it. I wanted to return it, I had the receipt and I was told I needed an ID. I am an Asylum seeker and I don't have an id yet and I was basically told to kick rocks and wasn't able to get my money back. CVS I want my money back, you should do better

This place has really gone downhill. You can't even buy toothpaste here because everything is locked up and they don't have any employees to open the cases.

Popped in today to grab a single item - the store is a mess, empty shelves in several sections, and a bunch of stuff is locked behind cabinets that require staff assistance. Won't stop into this location again.

If I could give this location ZERO or NEGATIVE star rating I absolutely would. I work two seconds away from this location and is prime for most as its downtown. Its quite disappointing how this CVS is represented. As soon as you walk in you get punched in the face by a horrid smell. It smells like someone urinated throughout the whole store. It has been smelling like this for quite a few months now. Also, the shelves are never stocked. I don't know about everyone else, but I go to the Pharmacy to get products when ill to alleviate ailments and for feminine products. I don't feel comfortable buying 'sterile' items, topicals or anything when it smells and looks the way it does.

While addres for this location is Wayne Avenue, it's more Fenton Street, right across from Whole Foods market.
Clean, well organized (can't comment on actual pharmacy since didn't fill prescription here) but plenty of OTC meds & some other usual staples.
Yes, a lot of items are locked but it's a overall problem now in MoCo, so would not downgrade. Most shelves have a call button - waiting is negligible.
If you're frequently shopping in Whole Foods - it may be a good place to fill prescription, IMHO.
