Everything was locked up, making it difficult to buy, and the many of the aisles where things weren't locked up were sold out. I went in looking for hand soap, and the whole section was basically empty. It didn't seem like they were in the middle of restocking either.

The staff at the pharmacy, particularly a pharmacist named Liyiu, exhibited exceptionally rude and unprofessional behavior. When I visited the location to collect my medication, I was met with a dismissive and unfriendly attitude. In addition, when informed that her attitude was unprofessional, a verbal altercation ensued. This establishment truly exemplifies unfriendliness, characterized by poor customer service and an unfriendly demeanor.

They are the slowest pharmacy known to man. They rarely acknowledge your existence if you're in line as if you're bothering them. So many times have I put in prescriptions to be filled and they either dont have it in stock or delay in getting it filled, and these are not medications for seasonal allergies. Save yourself the headache and find another pharmacy.

The worst customer service ever they close to early and they don’t talk to you properly. They don’t do any consultation. They are lazy. The only reason I go there because this is the nearest one to me otherwise I’ll never go there. Cvs is the water.

*Updating to add that I transferred my prescriptions to another CVS location, and I've had no issues at that location. So maybe it's just something about this location that there are so many issues.*
I have long used this location as my primary pharmacy, and endured challenges in the past because they were a convenient location, but I just hit my limit and will be transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy altogether. CVS has lost my business because they don't have adequate staffing and can't keep up with the needs of this area. There's only so much customers will put up with before transferring prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Lost my voice due to severe allergies and needed a prescription filled. I am only able to whisper which I informed the pharmacy at the counter. I had my notes app open to clearly communicate my needs in a friendly way. Immediately the Pharmacist was impatient and insensitive over my limitation. I was treated like I had inconvenienced the irritable Pharmacist and my medical accommodation were dismissed. Only when I cracked my sore voice to ask someone else for assistance did the Pharmacist realized I was to be taken seriously and quickly changed his ‘play stupid’ grumpy demeanor but he remained dissatisfied to help. I don’t want to blame CVS because it was evident to me there is a cultural issue here. But CVS is complicit in supporting unprofessional insensitive behavior. The way they discriminate people will only open CVS up for a class action lawsuit. I’ll be keeping tabs on the next suit and of course taken my business elsewhere.

Ratings are low for a reason. Waited 12min on hold for a question for the pharmacy and the entire company lacks the 90s technology that helps patients locate medications if a store is out of stock.

I moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy a while back, but looking at my app this morning I found that one of them - which I no longer need - was "in progress" at this location. I called about 9:30am to have them cancel it and was on the phone for 15 minutes waiting for an answer. I finally hung up and just tried again about 11:00am. This time I was listening to their "on hold" music for 25 minutes - and still no response! I understand pharmacies are busy but this is ridiculous. Glad I no longer use that location.

Got 1 poor guy working all morning doing pick uos drop offs and doing the prescriptions

Perpetually understaffed. Rude to customers. Send notifications saying prescriptions are ready when they aren't. Don't send notifications when prescriptions are actually ready. Even when there are half a dozen people in the pharmacy only one person working the register, line to the back of the store. Every time it's like this.
