Very rude manager not willing to help customers. The store manager always shouting at customers. My kids are afraid to go to this pharmacy because the manager. I needed help checking out and he was talking to us like we are not intelligent people. He is the rudest person I have encounter at any CVS. The store is always a mess, pest issues, disorganize. I would not recommend this specific location to no one sorry not sorry. Go to the Chevy Chase location instead. The Chevy Chase location Is clean, organize, and excellent customer service.

Do not go to them. Ever.
Had a medication called in, they ignored it for 5 days, finally I called. They said “oh we don’t have that in stock, YOU can call the CVS on East West to see if they have it and if they don’t, call us back and we’ll order it.”
Glad it was on me to make that call in the first place. Ok, whatever. The other CVS was a no go, so I called back and they ordered it. It came in. I went to pick it up. It was a refrigerated medication, someone there left the fridge OPEN over night, ruined the batch. Now it’s 3 days later and I just got a message from them that they JUST ordered a replacement.
I’ve never seen such a clown show.

The customer service at this store is immaculate. It’s a joy to shop here with such helpful and welcoming staff. I was greeted soon as I entered and made aware of all sales promotions and ways of savings when checking out. This is one of my favorite stores to shop in. Keep up the amazing work and great customer service.

I will not visit this store again simply due to the attitude of the manager on duty the morning of Memorial Day 2024.
Had an issue with a coupon, waited nearly 5 minutes for help, but there were no employees in the store available to help. I pressed the help needed button on the self-check register, and suddenly the manager came rushing in from outside.
He did explain why he thought the coupon didn't work, but as soon as I tried to ask a follow-up question, he told me to "calm down," and then proceeded to tell me that I should be happy that anyone was working at the store on memorial Day.
Nice way to treat your customers!
Update: went to the Hyattsville CVS, had no problems with the coupon, or the store manager. I would recommend going to that location instead...

Chronically understaffed and the pharmacy runs like a cemetery. Absolutely miserable location, parking lot full of elderly people people is an accident waiting to happen. Store in bad shape with poorly stocked shelves. Go anywhere else

Pharmacy closed from 1:30-2pm for lunch. This is accurate on Google if you look specifically at the CVS Pharmacy times, but that's not what displays if you just look at the CVS hours at a glance. That also means there is usually a (short) line at 2pm. I have been burned by forgetting this several times. I respect their need for a break, just warning the rest of you.
A little less well stocked that other nearby locations. Otherwise, generally average CVS experience.
