Awful. The pharmacy is staffed like a Soviet grocery store. It has been for years and they simply don’t care about providing good customer service.
Use an online pharmacy.

I needed to get some necessities today at CVS and there was this worker and she was so rude gave me the most disgusting attitude. I had my mom with me and she had the audacity to not speak the language that it was easier for her. I hate coming to this store there are always workers distracted or not enough employees working. I have been coming to this CVS for as long as I can remember and it has definitely gotten worse with these employees. Please do better.

I needed a travel vaccine and it was listed on the CVS website, so I clicked on it and an appointment was available in 4 days. I showed up, and was told they don't stock it. No one bothered to call me to not come or tried to order it. I got it at Walgreens.

the wait time at the pharmacy counter was unacceptable. I had to stand in line for over 30 minutes just to pick up a simple prescription. When I finally got to the counter, the pharmacist seemed disinterested and rushed through the process, showing a lack of care for my concerns or questions about the medication. the pharmacist was spitting on me!!! RUDE NEVER AGAIN

I'd give ZERO STARS if I could. I went there to get a charging cord for my android phone. I was not greeted, even though there was no one ahead of me. The young woman behind the check-out desk couldn't be bothered. When she (FINALLY) turned toward me and I addressed her politely, at first she (apparently) didn't understand what I wanted. I repeated myself, saying a cord to charge my Android phone. She dismissively pointed in the general direction of the cords, to a display immediately behind me, which was head phones. When I told her that, she said to check the other side, and then ignored me.
There, I found a few different sized, ridiculously overpriced phone cords on metal hangers, but could not get them off, because they were locked with a piece of red plastic. So, I took the whole hanger off the display, with two different items on it (which looked identical except for a slight difference in labels) which (again) you could not see because they were locked on the display hanger. The price tag of $13.49 was on the hanger itself.
Now with one older couple ahead of me, the young lady did her best to avoid checking me out, and I stood there for another 5 minutes waiting, when a young man came behind the counter. I handed him the hanger with the two items. He tried to ring one up several times, but the price didn't come up. He then tried the other item, which eventually came up at $ 15.49, 2 dollars over the price tag on the metal hanger. It came to almost 17.00. I gave him $ 20 cash, then did the math in my head and realized something was wrong. When I pointed out the hanger had a lower price, his response was something like "that's the right price." I noted that was not the advertised price, and then he just looked at me, as if to say he was done and wouldn't do anything about it. Then I asked for the manager. At first, the clerk insisted the price was right. I stayed calm and did not yell, curse, or malign anyone. I waited for a manager to handle it, thinking "this will be simple enough to fix. Right? Hardly.
After a few minutes, a second man came up and and I asked if he was the manager. He had been trying to walk past us, but the he identified himself as the manager or supervisor on duty. Now the woman who barely talked to me, the male clerk, and the supervisor were all behind the counter. I tried to explain what I told the male clerk, as the supervisor also tried to ring up the item with his price reader, unsuccessfully, then rang up the second item at the same price. It was at that point we noticed they were two different items, with only a slight difference in labeling, otherwise identical. I obviously could not have put them on the hanger together, as they were locked on the hanger by the plastic piece.
When he could not provide me with the correct price, the supervisor had the clerk return the transaction (and my twenty dollars) and I gave them back my original amount of change and the receipt. Then I had to sign off on the refund, and they ran it through again, either overriding the price or finally getting the correct price for the less expensive item. Once again, I paid in cash. This took over ten minutes from when I walked in, waited patiently in line twice, and was never greeted, given an apology, or treated like a breathing, living human being. I was just some random customer, making them actually work. How dare I?
They did not want to address me. They were completely indifferent, and did not want to help. They did not want to be bothered with waiting on me. And they certainly did not want to be corrected by someone who was dissatisfied or wanted them to honor their advertised prices. Based on my observations, everyone I interacted with should be fired.
I will never set foot in this store again.

I needed a passport photo done. The store was open nice and early before 8am but they did not have the staff to do the photo before 9am. Nevertheless the associate said she would do the photo, which she did. This saved me a trip as I was passing by anyway.

The pharmacy is the closest thing to purgatory as you will experience on this earth. I only get prescriptions and vaccinations here infrequently, but every single time, it's a terrible hassle. Either extremely long lines at pick up, or mismatches between the text/online notifications and status and what's going on in real life, or they run out of the meds you need and never tell you, or they don't tell you a scrip has been refilled and is available for pickup, or the computers are down, or vaccines have run out even though I made an appointment a week prior, or I'm told a scrip will be filled in a quarter hour, only to putz around at Woodmor for 30 minutes and subsequently be told it'll be another half hour. Every. Single. Time. This place finds novel and frustrating ways to inconvenience customers. Be careful. If your prescription is time-sensitive (e.g. pain killers after outpatient surgery), I wouldn't trust these folks to get it done timely. I get it. These folks are overworked, defensive, and understaffed. The computer system is a mess, and integration with the online cvs customer portal is tenuous at best. Pharmacist and staff turnover seems high (always seeing young new faces). But that doesn't change the fact that if you come here, you're going to pay a very heavy price in time and frustration. Do yourself a favor, avoid.
