This past week I got exceptional and kind-hearted service from three of the employees at this CVS store. They helped me figure something out, and even gave me a $5 extra bucks coupon. Gora, Chu Chu, and Alain went out of their way to help me and I want to recognize them for doing so.

Elizabeth and the whole team at CVS is very helpful. I use the pharmacy, photos, shop, and load my card card there. Nice to see the store helping like it was when I went to the store with my mother in the 1970's

Consistently one of the most miserable pharmacy experiences you'll ever have. It's woefully, incredibly understaffed. Getting someone on the phone can take over an hour if you manage it at all. Lines are always long and the employees are always beyond stressed and often seem to lack any sense of urgency (which is understandable given how exhausted they must be).No one should ever choose this pharmacy unless they have literally no other option.

THE WORST CVS I've worked with. Consistently being put on hold and just to be put on voicemail when I'm calling in prescriptions. This happens on MULTIPLE occasions. People aren't getting their prescriptions on time when they make providers leave voicemails only to say they never got a call when contacting them a second time to get their prescription. Don't expect to get your prescriptions on time if you're going to go here.

Very sad place. Employee morale must be as low as the cleanliness standards there. You need a tetanus shot to even walk in there. This CVS is in a lively, well-populated neighborhood and could so easily be a great resource. I will go to any lengths to avoid going in there. Filthy, irritable employees, etc. I feel bad for the pharmacists who have to work in that dark hole in the back.

Terrible Customer Service/ Lack of overall decencyI went to this CVS to get a flu shot and COVID vaccine/booster. I booked an appointment for 2:30pm because my cvs and any nearby didn’t have any available appointments. I called ahead of time to let them know I was on the way and they told me “okay they will be there till 5pm and are ready for me”. But once I arrived I found out they ran out of the COVID vaccine this MORNING. So of course I’m upset and I simply mention maybe that’s something they should call and tell people. Then I wouldn’t have to waisted my time. They then proceed to tell me they don’t make calls since I scheduled both the flu and COVID their policy is to just tell people upon arrival. I then make the point that well if I scheduled both then wouldn’t you think I wanted both. So a phone call would have given me the opportunity to cancel and schedule at another location.I then try to get the Flu shot only to be told they don’t take my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket. I then again mention well that’s something else you could have called and informed me. Or you (cvs) should at least have noted when signing up to make an appointment. They said well that’s a recent change as of beginning of this year that they no longer work with my insurance for flu shots. Which I then make the point that well that’s plenty of time for cvs to just make a simple update while signing up. So I cancel my appointment and walk out without either vaccine but instead the number for the feedback department.

This pharmacy is horrible...I made an appt to get a vaccine online and they didn't have it. I got a different version and when I went for my second dose, again, they didn't have it. I still have not been able to get my second dose of a vaccine.My husband went to urgent care, they called in the prescription at 7pm. He was told to come in 45 minutes. He waited an hour and a half. He went in and then they asked him if "it was an emergency" - he had been diagnosed with a lung infection and he told them that. They said it would be expedited and to come back the next morning at 11am. He spent the whole night in pain and coughing, with a fever. Absolutely ridiculous for a pharmacy.Save your time, sanity and health - go to another pharmacy!

Literally, every review of this pharmacy is inaccurate. The pharmacy may be understaffed thanks to corporate, but they always have your medication IF your INSURANCE and DOCTOR bothered to approve and send it. The place is clean and the staff and so nice. They helped me when I fainted in an aisle, they fought my insurance for me multiple times, they constantly clean and restock the store, and people are still bitching in these comments that they can’t serve people faster. They even put out chairs for people who can’t stand in line!Just get used to the idea that this is a tiny CVS in a strip mall forced to serve the capacity of a huge CVS with a MinuteClinic. It’s full of great employees who care, but corporate is screwing them.

I can never get my prescription in time. it's been 3 days that my app shows my prescription is being processed. CVS on Lamberton Dr. wanted to help but could not because of the status of this prescription. I ran out my medicine, eating without it is dangerous and I can never reach them on the phone.

Absolute worst Cvs ever. Never go here or choose any other CVS. They are totally incompetent. They messed up a photo order twice and couldn’t bother to call or notify many of the issues. This place has really poor management. Just absolutely frustrating. Do not waste your time.

I got in a car accident yesterday.. the urgent care faxed over the prescription at 1-2pm… it’s now 10:00am the NEXT MORNING I had to drive here because I was on hold for yesterday for 15 minutes with no answer.. here we are prescription still in process. I call after waiting 20(giving them 5 extra minutes) they tell me give them 30 more minutes to come get it! Like be foreal. This is my second time coming here and it’s either a line wrapped around the isle or a long wait for pick up. They need to do better

Long line wait staff are just talking in the back pretty much careless why would they have so many line for check out if only 1 person there barely going and doing it and like 5-7 staff In the back for no reason ridicules cvs and almost passed 10 hours and my medication for my flu isn't finished that is insane how its not finished and waited an extra 45 minutes in a seat horrible service at cvs see no hope of fixment here at all the closet cvs to me and horrible I rather go to a one 10 minutes away from me which has better service don't bother to go here too much time and inconvenient for so many elder people and everyone who needs their medicine badly how horrible staff is here this manager needs to be fired for lack of care and cleanness of this place deserves 0 stars it's un clean and lack of care for this cvs it use to be good I do not know what happen horrible to see this not a great cvs at all do not come here been months and never cared to fix a thing this is only a unprofessional, unclean, careless staff, Long Lines, Huge delays..

Gee whiz, what a terrible pharmacy. One pharmacist kept cutting me off before I could complete a sentence....each and every sentence! I understand they are rushed; but, truly, this location is awful. Always long lines at the pharmacy, prescriptions not filled when promised. Frequent issues with refills. CVS either needs to increase staffing so the pharmacist can do some true patient counseling or continue to close even more locations. Considering they are likely dealing with ill patients, this location's pharmacy really needs some training on customer service.

If you want to know what a pharmacy felt like in the last days of the Soviet Union, this is your spot. Last two times I had a prescription submitted here, they did not have the medicine. One was Amoxycillin, which is a staple antibiotic. They didn't even bother to call and let me know until I went to pick it up, and then told me I was responsible for transferring the prescription to another CVS. Have your doctor send your prescriptions to a different pharmacy, or you'll be wasting your time.
