I ordered online and they made me pay for a bag that I didn't want. Then when I picked up the item it wasn't in a bag. The pickup label was affixed directly to the item.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a negative experience I had this morning at one of your pharmacy locations.
I arrived early and was the first and only customer in line. The pharmacy staff member did not arrive at the counter until after 9:00 a.m. When I provided my information to pick up my prescription, I was told that the system was down. Instead of being greeted with courtesy or an apology, the employee addressed me in a rude and dismissive manner, saying, “You have only two options: wait or leave.”
I found this response to be highly unprofessional and inappropriate, especially given the essential nature of pharmacy services. As a customer, I believe it’s fair to expect:
1. Staff to be present and prepared before the pharmacy opens.
2. Basic courtesy and professionalism, particularly when technical issues occur.
3. An acknowledgment or apology when there is a delay or inconvenience caused to the customer.
I trust that CVS values customer service and accountability, and I hope appropriate steps will be taken to ensure better treatment of patients in the future.

I had gone to this CVS multiple times, and this one staff named Kobki always seems to hate me?? Like every time I walk in he looks so frustrated that someone even entered the CVS… And one time I asked to speak to the manager because the self checkout wasn’t working, he said “I AM THE ONE” like in a very annoyed loud tone. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he also said “I AM ALSO THE ONE.” What did I ever do to you??? Like sorry for even coming into this CVS. One time I tried to be polite and said hello. He ignored me and asked “phone number or CVS card.” I want to know does he speak like that regularly or is it just to me?? I normally don’t even write reviews but this man got me so pissed off every-time. He ruins my day every time I come to this CVS. Is this CVS that bad that they have to make a person a manager and the supervisor like are y'all ok?? Someone fire this guy already.

I was with my mom when we were checking out, and an employee named Kobki JH treated us very rudely, we have been at this CVS many times, and this has been a repeated problem. The business would probably do better without him.

Hi everyone. This pharmacy is really bad and worst place. I visited to this place. Pharmacist told me you have to pay $30 for prescription. I gave them GoodRx. But they told me, their system not working. It’s very important medicine for me, I told them. But they didn’t give medicine with GoodRx price. I never recommend this pharmacy for anyone. Bad costumer service ?
