Junior was was my specialist during my appointment. In addition to regular maintenance, I requested to have an issue with my vehicle looked into. They discovered possible causes and did not pressure me at all into purchasing additional services. I also received a video of findings with a detailed report. Drop off was easy and staff was courteous.

I had a Five-Star Car Buying Experience at 365 Darcars Toyota of Silver Spring!
I recently purchased a new Toyota Grand Highlander Limited from 365 Darcars Toyota, and I couldn't be happier with the process. The entire experience was exceptionally smooth, professional, and entirely stress-free, thanks to the phenomenal team, specifically Alex Foreman in sales and Gonzalo Medina in finance.
Alex was friendly and refreshingly not pushy at any point, focusing instead on listening to my needs and providing genuinely good advice. He was always highly responsive to my calls and messages, making communication effortless and efficient. I was very close to buying a car at a different dealer since DARCARS didn’t have the car I wanted in stock, but Alex contacted me as soon as one that fit my specifications became available and also offered me a discount to seal the deal. Alex went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and informed throughout the selection and buying process. I’m also glad he convinced me to buy the Limited over the XLE trim.
The financing portion was just as positive with Gonzalo Medina. Gonzalo gave excellent financial guidance and, again, was not pushy about upselling warranties or maintenance packages. He walked me through the options clearly and respectfully. Even better, he worked diligently behind the scenes and managed to secure some great deals and discounts for me, which was a fantastic bonus.

The process of buying a car was decent and we really enjoyed our salesman Steve. However one perk that they emphasized was free car washes whenever we stopped by. Well the very first time we stopped in for one we were told that they are under new management and no longer honoring that privilege. It's the little things that matter in a small dealership.
