I stopped by Dollar General today around 4:26 PM and was really disappointed by what I saw. Two people who appeared to be employees were standing outside smoking. One was a white woman with red hair, and the other was a man with dreadlocks, wearing blue pants and a black shirt. They looked like a couple, and the way they were carrying themselves was very unprofessional for staff on or near the premises.
The smell coming from them was strong — possibly marijuana — and the entire situation was off-putting. It made me uncomfortable and I ended up leaving without going inside.
This kind of behavior creates a negative experience for customers. I really hope management addresses it, because this reflects poorly on the store.

The women that work at this location are the WORST! So rude! They talk crap about customers out loud where they can hear you in the aisle!! How do rude people get a job! The store is a mess everything everywhere easy for you to fall! Do better & hire better employees

Purchased two items at another store two days ago and tried to return them at this store with a receipt. I was told they take some returns from other store and the one on my receipt they do not take. It makes no sense to me. They are all Dollar General and I have a valid receipt. Will stick to Dollar Tree in the future.

Purchased detergent and straws at this location. Cashier and staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The store is well maintained and stocked. Thank you!

Close the business down if you don't want to work!!! I purchased over $100 worth items Saturday, the cashier (maybe deliberately) didn't hand me all my bags. The next day, I called ALL they take the phone off the hook so the next day I had to drive all the way from D.C 50 min drive since they lazily take the phone off the hook so they don't have to answer the call. I explained to them the casher didn't give me all my bags, if they don't believe me then they should look at the camera. They noticed the cashier left some of my paid items behind the register, so I had to go retrieve the remaining of the items. They were not helpful or professional with poor customer service skills and bad black attitude.

Store seems to run on whatever hours it wants. Employees are more concerned with hanging out and talking than helping customers.

This stored closed literally one and half hours before closing time all the time, store posted sign say 8-9pm everyday but you get there by 7:30 someone is at the door blocking you from coming in saying we closed, so unprofessional I have shop from all dollar general! But none like this one

Today I received bad service from the cashier. I do not recommend this store at all. The cashier who was there today behaved very badly with us. They discriminated against us for being Hispanic people. His service is very ugly to us. We have no intention of going out with her because of the character she showed!! and we wanted it on our behalf but until she finished they closed the other box to help us. It was a very big disappointment during my 7 years living here, never in my life have they treated us so badly it was bad attention because I didn't even leave a single star

Awful!!! Terrible service from the cashiers, especially one lady, she didn't want to apply the coupons to me and she was very upset and didn't look for a way to help me.
I should be a little more empathetic at the end of the day, not even outside of it.

I just went to Dollar General for a few supplies and I was met with an extremely poor atmosphere. One employee told me to go to the dollar’s section while I was shopping as if I couldn’t afford things from DOLLAR General. He then started to mutter to himself about me, saying rude words. Not to mention, the place is a mess. Boxes everywhere. Instead of putting your nose where it doesn’t belong, go ahead and start cleaning your mess. He talks as if there isn’t a Dollar Tree right next door that I can go to (which I did).

Please update the store hours, I came Sunday at 9:09PM and the store is closed however the Google maps hours of operation shows it will close at 10:00PM.
