By all standards, EC Towing & Recovery is by far the best towing service in this area of operation. With confidence, I strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I had a near-miraculous experience with this service yesterday 8/30/2023 when in less than an hour, my dead car was towed to my complicated and winding apartment complex garage by EDWIN, one of their patient, professional, and super-skilled tow-truck drivers. After several calls and failing to find a tow truck service, I landed on EC Towing, and bam, my problem was resolved. TONY sent me a truck and driver instantly. Edwin arrived right on time, very polite and professional, with a unique perfect-sized truck that has special gadgets and light bulbs. To summarize what ensued, my locked car had no key, my apartment complex garage entrance door is unusually short, the driveways are small, twisted, and winding, and the spaces are tiny. Nonetheless, with patience and distinct proficiency, the super-skilled driver Edwin managed to navigate his truck to ultimately land my car in the right spot. All of these hurdles are handled at no additional cost. They have the most affordable rates. In conclusion, EC Towing is professional, timely, most affordable, and possesses very specialized trucks that will navigate all nooks and crannies. Our vehicle was illegally towed by EC Towing in the middle of the night. Tony, the dispatcher, refuses to put us in touch with his supervisor. As an effort to avoid any unnecessary losses and involving attorneys, we would appreciate it if Eric Claros or Jessica Claros would reach out to us and discuss the issue.

Last evening, my car broke down on the GW Parkway in Maryland. My insurance, USAA, arranged for EC Towing to respond. The driver, "Junior" called to let me know his estimated arrival time, instructed me on how to send my location from my iPhone, and was absolutely professional. I so appreciated his support and assistance, and after leaving my car at the repair facility which USAA designated, he made sure I was in a safe, populated & well-lit area to call an Uber. EC Towing was a life saver & their 24 hour service truly a positive experience during a distressing event.

My car hit a speed bump and the right front suspension took a nose dive and grounded to a stop. Called my go-to repair shop (E&D Auto Repair) and they gave me EC Towing & Recovery's number. Jessica answered the phone, took my information professionally and cordially and stated that the tow truck would arrive in 45-60 minutes. Exactly an hour later, Eric pulls up, attached my car like a pro, and I ride with him to the repair shop. Good guy. Fair pricing. Recommended!

We (2 moms with kids) called to get help changing a tire after not being able to remove the tire from the car. Eric told us what to do over the phone so that we could finish changing it ourselves. We were so grateful & he was kind to help us like that! Will definitely call again if in need of towing service.

Family owned business that will treat your vehicle like it was theirs. I have been using E.C towing for many years now and will not trust anyone else with my vehicles. They only hire professional drivers so rest assured that your vehicle will be hooked up the correct way. You have a lock out,dead battery and In need of a jump start,a flat tire or ran out of gas?
