This store provides terrible service. We received an arrangement with a card that failed to identify the sender. We have left four messages on voicemail and on the website, with no response. Very frustrating.

I wanted to give a special shout out to this store. I don’t usually send deliveries but my son lives up in this area and I’m in Florida and I wanted to do something nice and put a smile on his face for his birthday. This store superseded my expectations. The manager reached out to me early in the morning to let me know what the delivery times would be and then the driver kept in touch with me of when it would be delivered. My son was so excited and happy to get this little surprise but he was super impressed with what was in the package. They did an amazing job with his goodies and looked beautiful. If I ever need another delivery up in this area. I’ll be sure to contact this place! Thank you to everyone here that made the day a success!

I am very disappointed in this delivery, both the quality and the appearance. I placed the order several days ago and received a call today saying it would be here soon. It arrived several hours later—the chocolate was melted, there was no balloon as ordered and the fruit doesn’t have much taste. I called to let the manager know about the balloon. She wasn’t apologetic, just said she forgot to tell me earlier they were out of helium. Not a very good customer experience.

Super friendly staff, they even squeezed in a last minute order for Father’s Day. Fruit is always juicy.

Fantastic service. I ordered a same day delivery from Arizona and after hitting the send button, I realized it was 15 minutes until they close. I called to confirm my order was received and they could deliver same day. They really came through and delivered within two hours! Thank you so much for the great service and delicious strawberries.

Delivery was made on wrong date, no attempt to contact the recipient was made, delivery was left outside as it was delivered past delivery time, thus it spoiled. Contact the store and submitted emails, no response.

My mother was pleasantly surprised with her Flowers and chocolate dipped strawberries. They were delivered in a timely manner. The only reason I need to give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I tried to contact the store numerous times after making my order online because I had a question and no one ever answered. Other than that, I was pleased with my order.

I get a phone call 2 days before I’m supposed to pick up saying I can’t pick up at the location I requested. 1st strike. I called NUMEROUS times & they never answered. Someone finally decided to answer & I asked if I could pick up today. Go to pick up. No one is at the front counter. 2nd Strike. I can hear several people talking in the back. Someone finally comes in & I’m glad he did because no telling how long I would’ve been standing there. My order doesn’t look like what I was expecting for the price I paid. 3rd Strike. Overall terrible customer service & terrible experience. Never again.

I will NEVER purchase from them again. I was told that my delivery would be delivered by 5pm. It’s currently 5:22pm and it is still not delivered. Unacceptable. You lost a new customer who was going to order a birthday gift next week.

My order never got delivered. I placed it a day before valentines days and two different employees called me at 5pm on 2/14 telling me they didn’t have the flowers I ordered. So I replaced it with a bear, balloon and a dozen of chocolate cover strawberries. It never got delivered. I got home at 8:39pm and it said it was out for delivery since 6pm. It’s unacceptable how no one could have called me earlier in the day instead of 5pm so this could have been avoided and I am sure what I replaced my order did not amount to what I had originally ordered.

I was in the process of purchasing an order when, the associate cut me off in mid conversation to say that she was too busy making another arrangement. The associate super rude. The associate took down my phone number and never called me back to place the order. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. Based on such a horrible experience here I will try another location. Wish I could give a 0 rating.

Fruit baskets are good and fresh. Service was good. Pricing is too high, but that's a corporate decision.
