What’s the point of having an appointment time if you’re just going to be left sitting in the waiting room without even being acknowledged!? Just plain terrible. I had many times for a series of tests they run in August and still haven't received the results. Their number doesn't even work anymore.

I went for a physical and then had a follow up phone call. Both times, I had to wait over an hour. The nurse practitioner made fun of an illness of mine and refused to refill a regular prescription.
