I had to find a storage unit immediately after my daughter had a difficult experience moving into another storage company. We went over to Extra Space, and ms Lajuan McGowan truly took care of us. She even called another location that had larger units with easier access — which was a lifesaver with all the stuff girls always seem to have! The team was helpful, understanding, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you
