We’ve now had our unit at the Newell location for several days and couldn’t be more pleased with the overall Customer Service experience. Additionally, the ease of access to our storage space for my daughter’s accumulated College dorm essentials for the past three years, now has her College friends wanting to do similar & store the extra items they are not using. My Fellow Parents of College students this is a cost effective way to ensure your students make good decisions about excess items you’ve purchase and not just give them away or worse.

Carlton's customer service was excellent! I had a smooth registration process, and the small things I had trouble with, he was very accommodating in helping me navigate. I highly recommend ❤️; And just a note for those that see the 1st Month Free promotional sign out front (as of today its only for the smaller units). I was disappointed about that part.

I had the pleasure of working with Lajuan today, and she was by far the most pleasant and helpful employee I’ve ever encountered at a storage facility. She took her time showing me multiple units that could meet my needs, which no one has ever done for me before purchasing. Her patience and attention to detail truly stood out, and I couldn’t have asked for a better representative. Thank you, Lajuan, for making this such a smooth and positive experience!

Appreciate the great customer service at the Newell St location. Store Manager Mr. Wright is always patient & friendly. He explains everything clearly and was helpful in getting me transferred & even on initial move-in. The facility/units are clean & easily accessible. I didn’t give 5 stars only because the web advertising could be more transparent in stating that the rates are “promotional” and will “expire” in 3 months. I imagine that is a corporate-mandated thing so I would still recommend the Newell St facility. Thanks for making my experience a good one thus far.

This Extra Space Storage location is convenient to my home, and Carlton (the manager) is very helpful. I have been a longtime customer and I plan to remain a customer for many years.

As a first-time user, the extra storage has been incredibly helpful to me. Carlton at the front desk has been outstanding—he's been very supportive and answered all of my questions with great care.
