Mechanic JUAN did an oil change on my brand new car and two days later my car stopped in the middle of the highway. I almost lost my life…. The oil spilled out and damaged my brand new engine. Owner said there is nothing he can do and refused to see the damages done. Ignored my calls and blamed the damage on me. If you read this remember LORD Krishna see’s everything. Karma is real.

0 stars wasn’t an option! The mechanic is incompetent and unprofessional. He agreed to perform an oil change for my dad right away if he paid $80 (for a rush job) even though there were no other customers (now we know why -_-). My dad mentioned we lived an hour away and wanted to get the oil changed right away but if that wasn’t possible then he would just get it done closer to home. The mechanic said he could do it right away no problem. Placed my car on the automotive lift and drained all the old oil. After doing all this he tells my dad he’s going to have to wait hours or days depending on when his filter will be delivered because he just realized he doesn’t have the filter to perform the oil change. Understandably my dad was very upset and demanded my car back, the mechanic refused to take my car off the automotive lift until he paid him! Without performing the service and draining all the old oil! When my dad refused to pay and demanded my car back! He basically held my car hostage. Finally after a long stand off the mechanic walked over to the nearby gas station and purchased a filter from them and worked on my car. He didn’t apologize or offer any discounts for his mistake. And again refused to give my car back until we paid $80. At this point we are worried that he could’ve done something to my car out of spite while he had my car for several hours refusing to give it back. He verbally threatened to harm my dad if he didn’t pay and then finally agreed to accepting $70!!! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behavior. Please only go to this gas station to purchase gas because I wouldn’t trust the mechanics. My dad asked to speak to the owner several times and the mechanic informed him that he’s the owner. Turns out he LIED (what a surprise)… The liar’s name is Juan BTW!!

Groupon alert!!! Don't buy the $30 for synthetic oil blend on Grouponfor Bel Pre Location. They no longer except it and you will need to get a refund from Groupon. They are very nice here but the 1 star is because they should call groupon and have the coupon remove so customers aren't wasting their time.

PSA: FOR USED CARS GOING FOR STATE INSPECTION, DO NOT GO HERE. I have concerns that will be brought up to the MVA. Consider yourself warned.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND I WILL FIND THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES TO REPORT THEM FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE ON MARYLAND STATE INSPECTIONS. I wish I could have given 0 stars and I also wished I read the google reviews before taking my car here. My first time going here and this will be my last. I stopped in because I saw a sign that they do Maryland State Inspection for Lyft and because my regular Mechanic who works at a different shop was not available for the inspection. I was told that I had to leave my car and that it would be ready in an hour. After an hour I returned and I was told first that I had to pay and in so doing I asked Mechanic, Juan Diaz Lucimi, "Did the car pass?" he insisted that I pay first and then told me that the car failed due to needing an alignment and that I should return within 30 days and pay $37.99 for re-inspection. I know that my car could not have failed because I had taken it to two different Mechanics (including the dealer) else where to have it serviced and none of them told me that I needed an alignment. I decided NOT to return to this location because I knew Juan Diaz Lucimi was not telling me the truth and he only failed me so that I could return and pay an additional $37.99Within three days I decided to go to somewhere else without having any alignment done and I did not tell the new Inspector about Juan's inspection. The new inspection resulted in a pass. Do not go to this Exxon to have your car inspected as they are big time scam artist.

Always, always, always compare prices! It seems these guys tend to overcharge, and I often feel like I am getting offered far more auto work than I came for, and frankly: Much more than I need. When you go to nearby Layhill Sunoco, you are likely to get the better deal. When possible, just do the auto work yourself.
