My car started stuttering suddenly on my way back from work. Luckily, it was near the Exxon White Oak Service Center. Mark was very understanding and professional. He looked at and found the ignition coil issue right away. He was able to fix the problem in an hour!

Terrible! Don’t use the vacuum or power washer here !!! Machines took my money ! Don’t work and the people inside will Not offer any help!
I asked to speak to someone to get me some answers no help! Does not even know who he works for !

I got to know about this place from a colleague at work a number of years ago. Been their loyal customer ever since))) Mark, Chuck, and Jesse are high-class professionals, and charge very reasonably for high quality job. Happy to take customer-provided parts. Done with them pretty involved repairs like steering rack-and-pinion, AC replacement, starter, etc. Result is always superb! WO Exxon Mobile is your local hidden gem of an honest car mechanic))))

Mark and his mechanics at White Oak Exxon is the go-to auto repair shop for a fair and honest assessment of what really needs to be done. He keeps our 2003 Toyota Avalon and 2004 Honda Accord safe and operational. Recently my daughter was told by the dealership she needed a complete $700+ brake job (brakes, pads, rotors). Mark provided a professional second opinion and determined all that was needed was a brake pad replacement at less than half the price. Needless to say my daughter was relieved and happy. Thank you, Mark!

Do not use the car wash here unless you wish to have instructions screamed at you, your steering wheel manhandled, and to be generally treated like an idiot for asking to be spoken to like a fellow human.

I am now a convert. Dropped my car off one evening, picked it up the next. Mark walked me through the repairs they could make, and those that couldn't, quoted me a fair price (lower than another mechanic), and warned me away from another item that didn't actually need repairing. I plan to bring my car here in the future.

I've been going to this shop for service for a few years. I cannot speak highly enough of Chuck and Mark. They are honest, competent, and kind. For example, the other day, my car battery died, at a really bad time (is there a good time?!). Mark sent a tow for me, which arrived in 20 minutes. Then they put in a new battery for me within the hour. That night, on my way home, extremely stressed for personal reasons, I hit my neighbor's parked car's side view mirror with mine. I brought my car in, and they ordered a mirror for me, that turned out not to be exactly the one I was looking for. And they said, keep it for the weekend! see if you like it! and we will order the other one, in the meantime. Who does that?! well, they did that. They are extraordinary.

Everytime something is wrong with my car I run to the dealer and pay a hefty price. Ever since I started taking my car to Exxon, the mechanics are honest and the price is reasonable. I never had a bad experience so far and I always receive my car back the exact same day. I will always take my car there for service.

Ten years as a customer at this garage and I can truly say they are outstanding. Reasonable prices, high quality work, and honesty. We are lucky to have them in the neighborhood.
