I purchased a car wash and when I went to the car wash lane, it was blocked off half way in and the car wash was not working. I came back the following day and it still wasn’t working. I came back four days later and it still wasn’t working. I went inside the store and asked the cashier about the car wash and he said it’s not working and I asked for a refund and he told me to talk to the boss. I talked to the “boss” and he refused giving me a refund and told me to keep coming back when the car wash is fixed. I asked for a refund and he refused. I filed a complaint with the County’s Office of Consumer Protection. They should not be selling car washes if they know it’s not working and they should definitely give a refund.

Very bad service from the workers no bathroom service because someone broke the key around them no handyman service spend like 200 to fix really bad service a don’t recommend to buy in different place if we stop buying here this store will filling what means take care costumer tread them well Do not buy here the owner does not have a single dollar to fix door lock please

Don't go here for anything! Gas prices are too high, place is run down and they are crooks. The air machine rarely works and the hose has tons of tape all over it. They told me it was fixed, put my money in and it was leaking so badly from the base of the air nozzle that I couldn't get a good read on the pressure gage or get air into the tire. I told the clerk, who told me it was working, that it wasn't and he shrugged his shoulders and refused to refund me. My daughter went the next day and had the exact same experience. I know it is only $1.50 for air, but why rip your customers off over $1.50.
