Straight to the point, and fast-paced to get a good workout or warm up, depending on your level of fitness. I would not recommend this for anyone new to fitness because there is no time incorporated into teaching people about proper technique, balance, tightening your core, and, modifications. Each exercise should be built upon starting at a fundamental level and moving your way up as you strengthen your key areas and then jump into this fast-paced environment. F45 is great for anyone at intermediate and advanced levels. But in my humble opinion, You have to come with fundamental knowledge and strength to avoid injury. Love the staff!! They are so positive, encouraging, and always there to answer questions or guide you when you have that confused look on your face.

No more dreading the gym; these 45-minute sessions leave you pumped, not purged. The weight selection challenges you without crushing you. I'm talking steady progress, not barfing in the squat rack. Every few classes, I find myself reaching for heavier weights, feeling that sweet, sweaty satisfaction of progress.I also like the music selection. Diverse group of people. Good vibes. We all motivate each other. F45 trainers are motivational, genuinely pumped for your success. They offer adjustments, encouragement, and even celebrate your arrival. They keep the locked door keeps out uninvited guests, creating a bubble of focused fitness. No need to worry about wandering eyes or gym sharks.

Love the efficiency and intensity. I can pop in mid-day and get back to work afterward and there is a great feeling of accomplishment after each workout.

I’m 9 sessions in and I’m loving it! Exactly what I was looking for in a gym. I’m not a fan of regular gyms because I always feel lost and confused ? but F45 works for me. Workouts are challenging but that’s what I need and the coaches are super helpful!

This is a great way to get a good workout in a short amount of time. No waiting for equipment at the gym, you get your pump and move to the next station. Super friendly and supportive coaches and environment. Coaches do a great job or correcting form and showing modifications for exercises. Great for beginners all the way to elite. I highly recommend F45 Silver Spring!!

Love it! I took a 7 day free trial and instantly got hooked. at first I was nervous about some of the exercises they were doing but the coaches provide modified versions and are really supportive and encouraging!

This F45 gym is my second home.Pros+multiple weekday class options - 3 in the AM, 1 at noon, and 1-2 in the evening+friendly and encouraging trainers (I'm most consistent in Verena's classes, and love her)+clean bathrooms+excellent sanitation practices of wiping down exercise equipment after each class+trainers try to partner you up with someone at a similar fitness level+upbeat playlists (soca, hip hop, r&b, top hits)+challenges & spirit days w/ prizes to encourage teamwork+bring in a DJ for special holidays+group photo, congrats, and signing of gold/silver dumbbell, when you reach milestone classes of 100, 250, etc.Cons-no mirror-no trainer led post-workout stretches-rarely ask about injuries & show modifications
