My daughter wanted to get her nails done with design, but we went to two salons and they told us they could only do stickers because her nail was too small. They wanted to charge me more than $100. But we went to Fantasy Nails (we used to go there) and they made the designs by hand and only charged $60. Thank you Dajely, Valeria loves her nails.

I came here to get my nails done on a Saturday @7pm. The sign clearly says that they close @8pm. When I got here, there were workers present but they asked that we come back tomorrow instead. My advice to this nail salon is for them to be honest to customers with their business hours. Thanks.

Look at this ART ?. This review is so overdue, but let me start off by saying I really like this salon so far.
This was my first time at Fantasy. I was very nervous at first because I had to drop my previous nail lady (from a different salon) due to an overall bad experience. She was the only one that could ever achieve the kind of nails/nail art I like.
After doing a lot of looking, I picked Fantasy because of their ability to do trendy long nails.
I ended up getting Ken as my nail tech. He was so gentle and polite. Which is something I really look for in a nail tech. When I showed him my reference photo, I could tell he really focused in on how he was going to do them. He explained to me how he would go about them, and told me how much they would be before starting which I really appreciated. All the other employees seemed very sweet and calm. Not like other salons where they are catty, distracted, and you know they are talking bad behind your back.
This salon definitely made me feel welcomed, heard, and appreciated. Looking forward to my next visit here and more of Ken’s design skills.?

Let me start by saying I do not write but go to places by reading ratings…I came here two weeks ago and got a nice treatment from a spanish nice lady. So I came back another day with my sister to get our nails done. I sat with the one who did my nails last time, and my sister sat with an asian women…who apparently is the OWNER! I have never had a problem with a nail salon. But this owner is a rude is understatement! She finished my sisters dip in, before I was done doing jell nails and she started after me. It was horrible, it looked UGLY, we asked to get it removed! she ignored us, luckily my nail tech removed it for her…when i finish we decided to do it again and pay agin with my nail tech…tell my why the OWNER says that she can not do it! I have no problem with my nail tech, she is so nice and knows what she is doing and takes her time! My sister end up paying 55$ + 10 to remove!!!! And we are another +55 to do it agin! FYI, IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE YOU SHIULD BE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STUPID PLAce! if you decide and come please ask for the 2 Melin and Juli!!!!! I mean it, they will make you feel like you should be!!!!! IDK if I should come back because of Melin and Juli tho! But don’t come here!!!!! am so fumed writing this!!!!!

I usually don’t write reviews but this one I had to complain, it’s my second time at this place and to be honest I only came back the second time cause I thought maybe the first one was a mistake and mistakes happen sometimes. Since I am already writing the review I will start with the first experience:
1st- at that time this was like 3 months ago or so I went to get only manicure and I wanted gel acrylics/ extensions.
Note: A major thing that I regret is that they always put someone on the front desk that doesn’t speak English fluently and worst, doesn’t even understand what the client wants. So I asked for gel acrylic and guess what, he did dipping powder acrylic and to be more disappointing he put a lot of powder that my nails looked like claws because there was an elevation in my nails due to a lot of unnecessary powder.
At that point it was already done and I didn’t complain and kept life going and never went back to do my manicure there at least.
Second experience- again the same man that I don’t know his name was in the front desk and this time I came with my two kids/girls and I asked him to do manicure and pedicure with regular nail polish. He kept asking me if they want extensions like duh, they are kids, I told him again, please I don’t want anything like that, not even gel polish because they are kids, I just want regular nails for them please. He kept looking at me as if he doesn’t understand what I am saying and he finally called someone else, a woman came and they finally set us to finally do the nails, I asked them to sit close to my kids so we can all do our pedicure first, I also asked for myself a pedicure this time, then they just did MY pedicure but for the girls they went straight to put the nail polish without doing the pedicure, I then asked the lady attending me that can you please call the person in the desk because I asked pedicure for the girls like exfoliation and stuff, they then said “oh we cannot longer do it because we already put the nail polish, it’s going to come off” guess what, they would want to charge me extra for maybe persisting to ask them to do it if the nail polish came off. I then said ok. But all this because the man doesn’t speak English and the other ladies that worked there that spoke better English were just ignoring me trying to explain and they kept rolling their eyes.
Another thing that I disliked was that they are not welcome at all with the kids, they were not patient, doing everything quickly, I even apologized to the kids for this experience and told them we definitely not coming back here, it was horrible honestly, I don’t even know why they had put kids service if they are not friendly at all with the kids. And last but not least, at the time they were doing the girls manicure (at this point I was still on the pedicure side), my kid told me that one of them was talking bad words in Spanish in the phone while attending her and my kid understands Spanish, how could they do this in front of a child, using the words P**a in front of a kid. So disgusting
I Don’t recommend this place to anyone

High turnover of employees here. Male tech who is the owner does a rush job and charges for everything. Filling my nails back to the same shape was a charge because I waited to long in between visits. Charge also varies on the length of nails and he left my hands very dry .

You leave a reply about so-called “fixing it” but was unwilling to fix it or even offer some sort of discount since I had to come back in less than a month for my toe nail polish! Please save the public sympathy because you certainly wasn’t sympathetic when I came and if you really wanted to “fix it” my number was on file, why didn’t you call and offer this apology! Like i said POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Unfortunately I was a faithful customer until my experience with the polish slipping off of my toe nails and there was no offer for a discount which is poor customer service! I went back to the salon 3 days after getting my nails done because the polish came off of my toes and it was gel and they fixed it. The next week more of the polish came off but I was out of town at a funeral and couldn’t go that week. When coming back I explained that the polish literally came off all of my toes on the left foot she explained that it has been a month (which by the way has been under a month) so this can happen. BOGUS! Either it was cheap polish or the technician didn’t make sure to be thorough!
This has NEVER happened before and I’ve literally had polish on my toes for that lasted for months! Either way, this business has no morales as it relates to customer service! I WAS NOT looking for a free service as I was going to have to get my toes redone, but I was looking for an apology and some sort of discount as a faithful customer! I gave this salon a second chance by going back but I’m done with this place! Even under new management, the customer service is still poor!

worst salon experience ever ! i went to go get my nails done and they did a terrible job. i wanted to get some french tips with chrome. they did a terrible job with the design and the acrylics. the french was way too think and so was the acrylic. right after getting them done i felt big pain on my nails. i'm currently finding ways to take them off. they look terrible and also hurt really bad so i can't stand them.

Today was my first experience at Fantasy and I promise it won’t be my last. My pedicurist gave me exactly what I wanted and was patient with me. My nail tech was gentle and quick and her shaping and polish job was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for my much needed pampering to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week and Mother’s Day.

This was my first time at Fantasy Nails and Spa and it was a wonderful experience. I got an eyebrow wax, they came out even and exactly how I wanted them, as well as a gel full set. Anna did a great job! I will be coming back :))
