I'm not sure why it's so difficult for people to actually listen to what customers request. I was literally just there, dropping off a pre-labeled item I unfortunately had to open and reseal. When the associate asked what I needed help with, I asked if he had a tape dispenser he could lend me, so I could personally reseal my own package. He did not listen, not even after repeating it 3 times to him that I would like to reseal the package myself and then proceeded to make a mess of the package with tape. There is a reason I wanted to do this myself. Why is this rocket science????

Horrible customer service. I come to this location all the time to drop off work packages and I called before arriving to ask if I could buy paper with my FedEx account. I was told I would have to come in and check. So I came in and when I arrived the answer was no to buying paper with the account before even checking what kind of account I had. When I asked to check just for the sake of knowing I was told no that they wouldn't even check if it was a qualifying account or not. Waste of my time. Be on the same page before giving wrong answers over the phone and do you due diligence in store to verify.

Came in this morning to ship a package. Vilsaint handled me and like 3 other customers fast, efficiently, and all with a warm smile. Incredible customer service and speed! Thank you so much, Vilsaint.

Awful! Just close this place down and replace it with a restaurant. This place charges astronomical prices for no reason. The service is below par yet the service fee is always high *in other words, they charge you a $2.50 additional fee for doing the job theyre hired to do and SUCK at doing*, the prices are way beyond what I'd be willing to pay, the night guy with the glasses who thinks he's so smart needs a haircut and his service is always *without fail* a poor one. Put this guy in a science lab please and hire people who believe in providing excellent customer service.

Incompetent staff neglected to place customs declaration on a package being shipped overseas, package was returned, but fedex refused to refund expensive shipping cost for a service that was not delivered. this is the third time i've had an issue with this location. Not enough attention being paid to details here.

We had to print a ton of graphics in color, and it was fast and easy to print. I would recommend this FedEx.

The FEDEX Wayne & Georgia Avenue's highlight is their staff.They are Knowledgeable, Patient, Kind, and Welcoming right from d start..They truly take the time to respond to any need you might have. I have seen the young general manager to treat everyone (coworkers and/or clients) with respect. I experienced 1st hand how he went out of his way to find the last and only FEDE X "one of the kind" box !!? Which I was desperately on need to ship things to Cancún. Everyone makes a priority to provide and excellent client service. KUDOS????????Well Done??

AJ is an EXCELLENT MANAGER⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She's professional. She listens well. She cares about people and our communities. Most importantly, she assists in training FedEx staffers to be responsible, professional, and intentional about EVERY customer interaction. Way to go AJ!! FEDEX needs more Leaders like you.

Went to the store on a Sunday and I had a problem with the. Lady Manger I needed help she came to help me from a distance and when I told her I would wait for someone else that would help me her attitude gotten worse I didn't think I would have to tell her I don't see very well. I go there every Sunday and every one else is very helpful maybe she was having a bad day and when I was finished her Face expression was terrible no good customer service..for being a manager.

Despite the excellent service received, my package was mislabeled and sent to the wrong location. It has been hellish trying to get a solution where my package is ether returned to me or forwarded to the correct place. Not one single person is providing a solution nor willing to help. This has been a nightmare.

AJ , the manager, was just terrible. I had to ship a big box to Mexico City and a box to NYC and, before spending $1100, I had a couple of questions. She could have been helpful, polite and friendly but instead she chose to be just nasty and nothing else. Awful customer service. The trainee that assisted me when I first arrived was great, hopefully she won't learn anything from AJ.
