Allows others to cut in front. Actively knew i was next let some one cut and didn't speak up. Then proceeded to make excuses for the line cutting. And didn't correct the situation.

The manager of this store is named: Ernest, who is very enthusiastic and willing to help others. I was supposed to run to the nearest branch, but the clerk didn't tell me that he could help me place an order. For this reason, I came to this store. The manager received and helped me explain the difference and bought 3/4 sweat union accessories from online. Thank you very much for solving my problem. It's worth everyone's visit.

By far the worst and slowest Ferguson I’ve ever been to. I was next in line for 30 minutes with three cashiers working. There’s no reason it should take that long for people that have work to do.

I cannot say enough about Earnest Ndifang, the Manager at Ferguson Supply in Silver Spring. My Dad’s Expansion Tank was leaking and it needed to be replaced ASAP. It’s Friday afternoon at 3:45 - Ferguson closes at 4:00… I’m on 495 in heavy traffic. I called the shop and explained to the gentleman who answered the phone the situation. He assured me that I needed to drive safely and that he would wait for my arrival! How grateful I was to receive his kindness and understanding. I arrived at 4:03 and there I had the pleasure of meeting Earnest, the gentleman who made this purchase possible! Thank you Earnest for waiting for me that day. My father sends his gratitude, too. Happy Holidays to you and your family.

I used Ferguson to buy a lot of fixtures for our bathroom remodel in Bethesda. It was a nightmare for the most part. Wrong items sent, broken items sent, items missing pieces, and more. Their people constantly assure you things will be made right meanwhile my time is continually wasted. We are still going back and forth to this day about a vanity touch up kit they were supposed to send me. They have sent it twice so far each time with the wrong color. I would not use this business again.

What a great experience i had!! i must say people always find the time to complain yet dont realize that a pleasant review when youve had excellent service is the least you can do. i am doing some small reno in my basement and the young man at the counter, I think his name is Will was just most excellent. Whatever my request was he was able to find for me or locate it elsewhere. Thank you for all your help Will and silver spring location and keep up the great work.

Wow! A fully stocked plumbing supply store! Much better organized than Home Depot, and carrying original brand-label equipment, instead of HD's generic house brands. Staff is far more knowledgeable and helpful as well. No prices are posted on the items or the shelves, but that's probably because they primarily cater to commercial customers (professional plumbers) rather than to individual consumers and DIY projects.

The guys at the counter are always pleasant and helpful. This is a smaller branch, so some things may not always be in stock here.
