I have been employing Fetch! for my pet care needs for well over a decade now, perhaps 15 years (it's been a long time!). Without exception, the sitter (Jenny) has always gone above and beyond to satisfy every need while I'm away from home, not only for my pets, but in ensuring my home is secure during and between visits and in collecting mail and informing me of anything else that requires my attention (water leaks, flooding, etc.). In addition, the sitter has been wonderful in administering medications properly when needed and in cleaning litter boxes, food dishes, and eating/waste areas as needed. The sitter has also made time on every visit to play with my cats, which I can tell from photos that they've really enjoyed! I greatly appreciate the photographs Jenny sends after each visit, but I have always had complete peace of mind when I'm away, due to the fantastic communication she provides. Lastly, the management and staff of Fetch! have provided excellent administrative support in adjusting scheduling changes to accommodate my schedule. In my opinion, the service provided by Fetch! is worth every penny!

Fetch has had my back at times when I have had to leave my cats in an emergency. Short notice, but no problem . . . Total peace of mind.

Fetch has been a godsend for us. You've looked after our cats for over a decade, and we are always able to enjoy our time away from them secure in the knowledge that they are being well taken care of. Their primary sitter, Stephenie, is particularly great and always sends us the best pictures of the cats!

Service is really good from pet handlers. My pet handlers have each told me they are not paid well and for the money I and others pay to use this service, more money should go to the hands of the workers instead of upper management who are not involved in the ground and don’t even live in the state. Have pulled out of services and will recommend others who use this service to do the same.

Sam is very sweet with Gracie (my dog) and Gracie is always so excited to see her. I appreciate the updates on what they did together and it always sounds like she got to do the things I know Gracie likes doing like plenty of sniffing and visiting places she likes.

Jenny has been watching my cats (and formerly, fish) for about nine years now. She feeds both on an agreed schedule, cleans litter boxes, AND still has time to play. In addition, she sends me a short note or two via text each day, along with a photo of one or more of the kitties. I cannot imagine finding a better person to care for my family while I'm away. Gives me real peace of mind and lets me relax while on vacation or travel for work. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Fetch's services to anyone who needs someone to care for their pets while away from home--reasonable rates, reliable, and excellent service!

Don’t waste your time trying to book any services as they only allow new clients with dogs if you sign up for monthly dog walking subscriptions.
