The employees closed the store one hour before the set closing time that was stated on online today Sunday 9/21. When trying to see why they would just ignore the question. Highly disappointed.

Black older bald male employee is always rude also some members act like you’re in THEIR way on a Friday night, today on friday 12/22/24 a young male eastern european foreign male child (must have been 10-12) wanted to ask if batteries are sold in the store, i was next in line, the response from said employee was immediately and without hearing the question was “we’re out of stock”, the child did not hear and stood back to wait to ask his question, i could tell the child did not hear the crude rude and unprofessional response. So when it was my turn I pointed out to the rude employee the boy had a question. This is when the boy asked about batteries to which the black bald rude employee responded “we don’t sell them”. I understand its the holiday season but there’s no excuse for this employees disdain for his job and customers. Every time he’s the cashier i feel like i myself MUST be quick and avoid engaging. Terrible experience shopping here fire this man.

Why call it five below if you are going to get new items to sale that more than five bucks & we are still very much in a pandemic something ain't rite I understand making more money but what about #WeAreInThisTogether motto we are suppose to have as a country. I mind as well go some place & pay regular price but than you put holiday stuff half price like then St Patrick Day tshirts & another thing there was a black guy working the Silver Spring location where I visit he was rude pushed my 1 item I purchased for under 5 bucks than snatched the money out of my hand. That's totally unacceptable meanwhile another young lady was on the phone while clearly at work I'm sure y'all pay her to work & not be on the phone I know she was working cause she went back to the register & said I can help the next guest. Yes I pah attention to everything especially when I'm spending money they I don't have again during a pandemic get it rite I will refuse 2 spend any more money here & that's a fact. Oh yes the associate that was rude his number 609026
